Great cleanser

First Aid Beauty makes my favorite moisturizer, so I was excited to try out a sample of their facial cleanser. There's nothing super fancy about it. It's just a simple, unscented, foaming cleanser, but it really does the job. My skin was incredibly clean after use, without feeling dry or tight at all. Bad Smell, Very Drying

I'm extremely surprised at all of the positive reviews for this item as my experience was nothing close to "glowing". I bought a small bottle of this (the price is great, especially for Sephora) because of the great reviews and because of what it promised to do. Upon squeezing some out my instant reaction was that it smelled bad, but I figured I'd try it out. It's got a waxy kind of smell. I wet m...read morey face as instructed and rubbed it on. The lather was very rich, though the smell was really distracting ....and it felt good on my face. I rubbed it in and was really enjoying the experience. I rinsed off and thought that this was a great product. Then I blotted my face off (I have normal skin, no blemishes) and walked into the next room...in those few seconds my face became dry and tight. I put on a tried and true moisturizer....and it dried out within a few minutes. I definitely didn't leave any product on my face and figured I'd try again the next day. After a few days this product remained to be one of the most drying face cleansers that i've ever tried despite a great lather. The smell alone would have deterred me from buying, the drying experience just sealed the deal. (All stars are for the lather and actual washing experience). Not for me, not recommended.

Perfect for sensitive skin

I tried a sample of this at Sephora, but it was so good that I bought the whole tube! It took my makeup off and left my skin soft without stripping it. It also has antioxidants and calming ingredients, so all the better. It was rich and creamy, and a real pleasure to use. Felt like a luxury item but thankfully did not have the luxury price tag! I got the 2 oz. tube which is about $9, and a little goes a long way. You just need a little squirt, mix with water and it will take the day away.

Gentle for sensitive skin

I have the worst skin ever...dry, flaky, sensitive, and acne prone. I am always scared to try something new on my face and was using Aveeno Gentle Foaming Cleanser for the last 3 years. But going into Sephora with a bad skin condition made me try First Aid Skin care and I was given a sample of the Ultra Deep Moisturizing Cream and ended up also buying the cleanser. Well its been about two weeks a...read morend I can say so far so good. No breakouts, nor irritations. I really hope my dryness goes away and that I can end up sticking with this line. Cleanser has soothed and calmed my skin of redness and even moisturized it. I givr it a 9 because its true about the eye make up not coming off--but I rather take it off myself and still have a gentle cleanser.

Gentle on sensitive skin

I have sensitive skin that tends to flare up and become very red with harsh cleansers. This cleanser is thorough yet gentle and leaves my skin feeling very balanced. I agree with Maribell that it doesn't remove eye makeup very well and a separate eye makeup remover is usually required.

Mixed Feelings

I bought this and I do like it, it cleans my face and leaves it soft the only thing I did not like is that it does not remove my mascara very well so I now use it in the shower, I have to say for the price there are better cleansers out there
