Surprised not more reviews on this....

Everyone on Youtube raves about this so I'm surprised I'm the only review on this product for now. I love how this lipstick is matte but also moisturizing at the same time. It doesn't emphasize all the cracks and fine lines on my lips. The colors are super nice and really opaque. However, I don't prefer the texture on these because they're quite slippery so they move around a lot and tend to bleed outside my lips so I will need a really good lip pencil for this.

Love this lipstick

I'll buy other lipsticks and I'll always end up back to Maybelline. It's got a matte finish but not overly drying, it's actually creamy. They have a wide selection of colors to choose from.

Does what it says...creamy and matte

These lipsticks do live up to their name, they're creamy and matte. There is a nice selection of colors and they're widely available at the drugstore. They are not especially long-lasting but they make no claims of being so, so it's forgivable. They are very creamy and do not dry down like many matte lipsticks. They are also very strongly scented like the rest of the Maybelline lipsticks, which I don't like that much. For the price, though, I can get over it.

Awesome Moisturizing Dupes for MAC!!!

I have two of these lipsticks in the colors Blushing Pout and Vibrant Violet. The packaging is your standard Maybelline lipstick packaging: silver plastic twist up tube with the color on the bottom and a dark purplish frosted plastic cap. The bullet itself of the lipstick is curved and pointy, which is great for getting the shape of your lips defined without a lip liner. The lipstick itself has a ...read morefaint smell, and it smells like a very faint version of the scent of NYX Butter Glosses. The lipstick itself is VERY creamy (as indicated by the product name) and is actually quite moisturizing for a matte finish lipstick. It isn't super matte like a MAC lipstick, but it is a nice demi-matte finish. The color is strong, thick, and opaque after first application. This color will not last long, but it is so comfortable to wear and doesn't fade away in an ugly manner. By that I mean it doesn't settle in your lines, crust up, or anything like that. As for MAC dupes, Vibrant Violet is a more moisturizing version of MAC's very popular shade Heroine, and Blushing Pout is a dupe for MAC Faux. Both are lipsticks I love, so while I was sad to pick colors I already have in my collection, these are better options on days for when I have dry lips. Also, Blushing Pout is more pink and warm whereas Faux is more mauve and neutral. But, Vibrant Violet and Heroine are exact color dupes. Try out this creamier, hydrating version of it if you're not sure you want to commit to the MAC version. I plan on buying just about every single color in this line as this is my favorite drugstore lipstick formula.

I love these lipsticks!

I purchased Touch of Spice and Nude Nuance (my kind of colors) and I love the texture and opacity of these lipsticks. They go on smoothly and are high quality. A little goes a long way too so you can create a "stain" finish or full-on matte.
