GREAT PRODUCT, A MUST TRY
I received first a free sample of the shampoo, conditioner, and ceramide deep conditioner and decided to give it a try. I really did not think it would repair my hair... I have tried a lot of different shampoos and they all promise so many things.. Yet my hair turns on just as frizzy. Not with this Loreal Total Repair! After the free sample, I had to go out and buy! I wash with the shampoo+conditi...read moreoner and 1/2 times a week with the ceramide. While wet it feels like silk, so smooth and smells very nice. If I go to bed with my hair wet, I end up having the smoothest locks in the morning. It really allows me to show off my natural waves without a head full of frizz. I am also very surprised at how shiney and soft my hair is after each wash. If I need to use heat tools, this system allows me to cut styling time in half because my hair is so smooth and silky already that I do not need the heat on as long. My hair has become much more manageable now. I have seen some split end repair, and hopefully with continued use my hair will become even better. I am very happy with these products, and I recommend every one to at least try once. Awesome Drug Store Repairing Shampoo
After getting great results with the total repair hair mask, I went and bought the shampoo and daily conditioner. I am just as pleased with the shampoo as I am the mask. I have very long, very curly hair that is fine in texture but I have a lot of it. This winter has been brutal on my hair and its been dry, brittle and dull looking. This shampoo cleans without stripping, makes my fine hair full but with great shine and manageability. Some shampoos actually work backward and un-do the great repairing of their conditioning counterparts but not so with this product. This is what a shampoo and conditioner in one should be
I have straight shoulder length hair right now and do not need any conditioner with this. I only use a small amount and it foams up really good. Really great!
I used this shampoo for about a month, and, while it was effective, I just wasn't blown away by this product. Not my type
I was really excited about using this product, both shampoo and conditioner. The first time I used it, it left my hair feeling super smooth and smelling good. After that first time I did not get the same results. It started leaving my hair dry and with a sticky feeling on my scalp. After my awesome experience with the Total Repair Extreme mask I had to know if the shampoo and conditioner were just as awesome from this line. I got them for $4 a piece. This line is dirt cheap for how good it is. No product is over $7 or so. The shampoo is very rich and the lather is very creamy. I have very fine breakage prone hair but also a very oily scalp and my hair gets weighed down easily. It is a delicate balance to find products that nourish but don't turn me into a grease ball. I paired this with the Total Repair Extreme Conditioner which I reviewed separately and my hair was left feeling very smooth, soft, and clean without feeling weighed down at all. My scalp feels really good after using this shampoo & conditioner, I'm not sure what ingredient caused that but it is a nice bonus. This shampoo has a non offensive fruity-floral scent that doesn't hang around in my hair after rinsing. good shampoo
I got this shampoo because my hair is really damaged from too much coloring. It does clean well and seems to add a little bit of moisture. It doesn't have a strong scent so you won't smell it after you use it. I actually like that about it. It does a good job of just cleaning the hair and isn't overly drying. I'm not sure any shampoo I ever used really is that moisturizing but this shampoo works well for my hair type.
