Smells and Feels Ultra-Comforting!
My husband would follow me around like a puppy whenever I would use this, so I bought him his own small tub. It's a great size for your purse, bed stand, or desk drawer, affordable enough to keep one everywhere, and extremely plush and comforting on your lips. The gloss itself is thick enough so that I am not constantly reapplying. The reassuring scent and feel are perfect for rough winter days or hot, dry time in the summer. Great Overnight Lip Product
My skin goes crazy in the winter with the dry air, so on a particularly chapped night, I used this before going to bed, and I woke up with really soft, plump lips with no chapping, cracking, or discomfort. The cocoa scent of this stuff is so. Good. It smells like chocolate and sweet sugar cookies that are fresh out of the oven, which is great for winter. I can't say that it tastes like what it smells like, though. The formula itself is really simple and effective. The cocoa butter and the petroleum jelly make my lips really soft and I don't have to keep reapplying every couple of hours. Overall, this is a pretty good product. For about $3, this works better than Chapstick. I'm addicted
Last week, due to a combination of wind and excessive heat and sun exposure, my lips became extremely chapped and red in just a matter of hours. I...read more'll admit that it was the packaging that I was first attracted to--it looks just like the large tubs of Vaseline, but in a cute miniature form. I got the cocoa butter kind, and it has a very lovely smell (and yes, a sweet taste). Not only did it completely cure my chapped lips in about 36 hours, but I didn't have that annoying urge to keep reapplying it like you do with most products for dry lips. I just applied a thin layer, forbade myself from giving into the urge to rub my lips together, and then went on my merry way. A week later, I am still applying it nightly before bed to maintain the softness of my lips, and I will definitely repurchase once this tub runs out. There is a genius lack of ingredients in these products meaning that the petrolium jelly (yes, it apparently derived from oil) is kind to even the most sensitive of skins. Top tips: *** If you have curly unruly hair like me that is prone to frizzing, use a small amount on towel dry hair to help (applying to the very ends of your hair will stop the frizz going all the way to the end and adding big fuzziness ) *** Use a small amount over eye brows to tame and add shine *** Using your fingertips rub into cheekbones over blusher in circular motions *** Put around your hairline and on ears when dying hair to stop colour setting into skinThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 8 people said helpful

Pleasantly surprised!

40 years and still works the best
My lips have been a mess! It's winter and I'm nearly 50 my lips are not taking it well. My mom gave me Vaseline for chapped lips when I was a kid and over the years I still I've used many other products from Sephora, Burts, Fresh, EOS, Aveda, & Palmers... You name it. But I've come back to Vaseline again & again. After a miserable winter start this year, I'm sticking with Vaseline from now on. Great product with MANY uses
I was impressed with this product. Vaseline cocoa butter comes in a small container that opens up easily and just takes a finger to apply. The smell is very pleasant, and the formula seems to be a little different from the original Vaseline. I use Vaseline for my lips, eyebrows, dry skin, and on my cheeks to give a natural contour look. Good for overnight
As someone who prefers thin, matte lip balms, this is not a product I would use during the day. However, at night, I am more than happy to treat my lips to this! The product is thick, glossy, smooth, and nicely scented, and makes your lips feel beyond hydrated. Before falling asleep I often layer this on and around my lips in order to keep them soft.
