When i first...read more tried it, the bb cream had a gritty feeling, but it went away after a couple of uses. That was what happened with the full sized bottle I had bought. But what was interesting was when I tried the sample I received in the mail, and it was way different and was absolutely fantastic, which made me buy the bottle. I would recommend this if you don't have super oily skin to begin with. This product is about ten to eleven dollars, I think it's worth a try if you use coupons, no harm I saving a couple of bucks, right?

Just okay

As far as I know, this BB cream only exists in two shades: fair and medium. So I have this in medium. The texture of this cream is different, since this was the first BB cream i have ever tried, I did not know what to expect. It feels light and not greasy on the skin, but it definitely does not do miracles. It does not make your skin perfect, nor more beautiful, but it does offer even coverage and I would even say it moisturizes the skin in a decent way. Recommended? Sure, it might work for you, I know my best friend loves this stuff. Would I buy again? Probably not, since I was not too impressed.

Good Drug Store BB Cream

Only come in two colors. I chose medium. It comes out white with beads in it, the beads burst when smoothed into the skin. Covers lightly like a tinted moisturizer. Helps bring out the natural beauty in the skin. I can go for a work out and this product will not run or sweat off. I covers the flaws, dark spots, and evens out the face. It's the first BB cream I have tried. I really like the container, product and the price.

Great as primer or alone...

This is my first experience with a BB cream and I have to say that I really like this product! My skin tone is between light and medium so I was a little surprised when the light shade was a little dark for my skin and it has a slight orange undertone. I took off one star because of this. Thankfully I have a face powder that is a little too light, so the combination actually worked beautifully....read more It was interesting to watch the white cream turn to color as I applied it. I usually use a primer because I have large pores and it also helps with fine lines. I wasn't sure if the BB cream was going to be enough of a primer, but was pleasantly surprised when it left my skin looking smooth and practical flawless! It provides just enough color to even out my skin and cover minor flaws and minimal darkness under the eyes. I think it provides more coverage/color than a tinted moisturizer, but less than a regular foundation. I love the matte finish it gives, that takes down any shine and I don't need to touch up my powder all day long. It's not oily or greasy at all, but allows enough time to blend into the skin and blends very well. I've found it provides enough hydration for my normal skin, but I do think someone would with dry skin may need to consider using a moisturizer first. I've used it on it's own with just powder on top and I've used it under foundation when I've needed more coverage and it works great both ways. If the color match is perfect, I think you could wear it without powder and be very pleased. It's really a great product! The only think I could ask for would be that they will come out with some additional shades.

Best Drug Store BB!

I have very fair skin and have had a real issue with all the new BB creams that have come out lately. This is the only one that actually matches my skin and gives some decent coverage. The primer properties smooth my skin and make the fine lines look less noticeable, as well as allowing for the rest of makeup to go on smoother and stay longer. I've only been using this for a week, so I can't ye...read moret comment on long term results. My only real issue with this product is the lack of an SPF. This won't be a summer pick due to that.

No thanks.

Not for sensitive skin! it made my skin very red and spotty. I used this twice and did not use it again. it also made me slightly break out. It's not a true bb cream.

Overpriced for a Product that Doesn't Work

I usually don't like the write negative reviews, but hey, we all run into products that we don't like. I have this in the shade "Light." I'll start by saying that the tube is really small for an $11 product (for only one ounce as well), though the packaging is nice because the BB cream comes out of this pointy tip once I unscrew the cap which keeps things nice and clean and controlled. But that's ...read morewhere the goodness ends. When first pushed out of the tube, this BB cream is white, and it has a gritty texture. But as soon as I smooth it over my skin, the gritty texture goes away because the bumpiness is caused by the bursting of little beads that contain the color. I think this is rather cool, but some people may find the texture very off-putting, like the friend who told me about this. The color of the BB cream itself is very tan for being a "light" shade, which really bothers me, considering that the only other shade is "medium" (limited shade range). I have a skin tone of about NC20 to NC25 depending on the time of year, and after the beads burst and the color shows up, the light shade looks to be about three shades too dark for me. So if you have extra fair skin, be aware of this if you are considering this product. Besides the very tan "light" shade, I also find this BB cream to be very drying, even though it claims to to "hydrate". If you have oily skin, this may not be an issue for you, but for my normal/combination dry skin, I feel like my skin is drying up when I use this, and I've never had that happen with other BB creams. However, it also makes this very lightweight, like there's nothing on my skin, which some people may like. Also, this BB cream has very light coverage, a good and bad thing, depending on what you're looking for. On me, this BB cream lasts a good 6 hours before it starts to fade, and I find that it does oxidize so that it gets a little darker. In conclusion, I wasn't impressed with this BB cream, but it might work for you. My problems were just that it was very tan/dark to be "light", there are only 2 colors when I was buying mine (I hope they add more shades!), and the formula is drying which doesn't live up to its claims of being "hydrating". I don't think I'll be buying this again unless L'Oreal drastically changes it, because for the performance on my personal account, this product is overpriced and rather disappointing.

It's alright

This is not my favorite bb cream, but it is alright. It blends nicely and it is fun to see it change from white to the color of your skin. Unfortunately, it doesn't cover up acne or other blemishes very well. It also ends up caking pretty quickly. I also don't like that it doesn't have an spf included.

A little drying/chalky

This BB doesn't match my skin tone very well, which is surprising. I tend to be fairly easy to fit tone-wise because of my fair skin, but this makes me look kind of bloodless. It can also be a little chalky and drying. I have dry skin, so if you do too, this might not be the BB for you. I suggest Rimmel 9-in-1 BB instead.

Didn't meet my expectations

When I purchased this BB cream, I was super excited to use it since I have had a few people recommend it to me. After applying it to my face I didn't really see a change in my skin. There is no coverage at all. It evens out your skin tone slightly and it is a little hydrating to the skin. My expectations from a BB cream is that it has decent coverage but this product failed to meet my expectations.
