Best dry shampoo

I love this product. It has an amazing invigorating scent, and doesn't come out white. It soaks into your hair leaving it feeling silky and smooth, like you just had a blow out. I have damaged hair, so my hair feels rough and tangled a lot of the time, but not after using this dry shampoo. Also amazing for creating volume to flat hair.

Would be a 10,

Dove's Refresh+Care Invigorating Dry Shampoo definitely works. The very (VERY) strong fruity scent is so off-putting, however, that I spray this outside while holding my breath. If the perfume were removed, this would be the perfect dry shampoo as it really does the big 3: (1) remove grease; (2) without residue; and (3) adds volume to fine hair.

Dove Dry Shampoo

I have been using this product for a few years now, and after trying several other brands, this is far the best. I love the smell, and my hair is oil free, and easy to manage after using. I use it once a week, and I find a can lasts me a fair bit of time. Great price, and great product.

Does what's its suppose to do

I've used Dove's Dry Shampoo a few times now. It quickly and effectively absorbs oil to help my hair go an extra day. The smell is fresh and lasting; however I find a bit overwhelming. It's easy to use; however the spray is loud which can be shocking at first. Be careful about how much you apply and where. I recommend using this product if needed as it could really dry out your hair and scalp with overuse. Great product for the price

Not too bad..

This week I started to experiment with Dry Shampoos. I have shoulder length fine, wavy, frizzy hair. I occasionally have oily, itchy scalp and have to wash daily. Dove does a good job of giving hair fullness. On day two after washing it worked ok for soaking up oil. Day three I used it after my morning workout and it didn't seem to work as well. Ponytail holders would never stay in my hair before because washing it daily made it too clean and soft but going without washing gives it more volume. I'm not sure if I had issues with my can. When I first sprayed the product it looked like a foam coming out but after that all I've gotten is liquid. I contacted the company and they are sending me a coupon to purchase a replacement. I think the product still does what it's supposed to regardless. I recently tried Batiste Dry Shampoo and would say it triumphs over Dove for soaking up oily. Even on day 3 after a workout I didn't look greasy. I am going to continue experimenting with Dove. I am also trying out Suave brand.

Overwhelming Scent

I usually use this product on my bangs which become oily very quickly and on 2nd or 3rd day hair. You have to use it sparingly otherwise it creates a lot of buildup and makes your hair look kind of white/ashy and your worse than when you started. Also, the scent is so strong and lingers so long that it often makes me sick to my stomach. I try not to use it unless I absolutely have to because of this. But it does work good at absorbing the oil.

Works great

I really like this dry shampoo. It gives my hair tons of volume and absorbs all the oil without leaving that awful white cast. It smells good however, it is a little overwhelming. But overall great product for a good price.

My favorite to date

Since I go through a lot of dry shampoo, I have tried a ton of different brands. (I wash my hair, but I'm blonde and my hair damages very quickly, so I try to limit the shampooing so I don't kill my hair). Anyway, I went to the drugstore in search of a new brand, I was so sick of the Suave one I was using. I spotted this one, and I LOVE Dove products so I immediately needed to try this one. pretty good but not great

I bought this product a few weeks ago and have been using it on second day hair when I don't feel like showering. It does give some volume and helps my hair look cleaner, but I feel that later in the day my hair falls flat and looks greasy. For the price its a good product but if you really want a lot of volume all day this wont do

Best dry shampoo I have found!!!

I am not a huge fan of Dove products, I just don't have good luck and it might just be me haha but this dry shampoo is my FAVORITE! I wish I could find a travel size to carry with me! The smell is amazing. It smells like I just got out of the shower every time I use it and it makes my hair look and even feel like I just showered. Its easy to work into your hair and even gives your hair volume! I ...read moremention this a ton in my reviews but I have psoriasis and its worst on my scalp making dry shampoos harder to find. Most leave my scalp itchy and flakey but this one has no effect on it whatsoever, which is a huge huge plus. I am usually in tears after trying multiple hair products since my psoriasis is so bad and makes great products unusable. If you accidentally get a bit too much on your hair it doesn't leave it feeling chalky or dry and it doesn't make your hair static-y like I have found a lot of dry shampoos do. Its a must have for between hair washing days for any hair type!
