Does the job

I recently picked these up at my local Target. I use a gel cleanser but sometimes it is late at night and I an too tired to care! Leaving makeup on at night is a big no no that I have been guilty of many times before. I can't say how good this product may be for daily use, but for those late nights, it does the job. The smell is not as nice as I thought it would be; sort of smelled like grapefruit soda. I also thought they were a little pricey. All in all, not bad.

Feel the BURN!

First of all, these average about $6.99 in price. That's relatively common all across the board. While this DID remove pretty much all of my make-up, it burned my face SO bad that the following morning, a spot on the left side of my face was red, blotchy, and started peeling in the most disgusting manner possible. I have good skin, but apparently these are truly meant for people with acne all ove...read morer their face as opposed to some hormonal breakouts or minimal breakouts. I'm very disappointed in this one. In fact, I will probably give them away because I am not risking burning my face again. I don't know that I'll ever purchase a Neutrogena product again!

Good at removing makeup

These are amazing makeup wipes. They've got salicylic acid in them, which keeps pimples away, and they remove every last bit of your makeup with hardly any work. The only problem I have with these, is when I use them on my eyes, it makes the area around them BURN. It's manageable, but definitely uncomfortable. The non-grapefruit scented ones don't do this, though, so I think I'll stick with those.

No good

The scent is quite overpowering and doesn't smell of grapefruit to me. I bought this product in bulk and tried to really give these wipes a chance but it was an epic fail. I've used every Neutrogena make up wipe that ever come across and I love all of them except this one. The Neutrogena wipes that come in the blue and purple packages are calm, soothing and smell great.. I highly recommend them over this grapefruit version which comes in the pink packaging.

Neutrogena grapefruit cleansing wipe

It's important to mention that this is NOT a makeup wipe! This doesn't perform that well on makeup, especially if you're wearing a full face of makeup, and it makes the eyes REALLY sting and hurt. Don't use on the eye area! After this failed for me as a makeup wipe, I used it for just daily cleansing and for a little refreshment when days got too hot. Great!

These were great and you feel refreshed afterwards and the smell is really intense at first but then it sets in your face great also it says on the directions Do Not Use On Eyes these are meant more for cleaning the dirt and oils you get on your skin through out the day! I loved them!

Irritated my eyes

I picked this up in lieu of the make-up remover towelettes when I was on vacation. It does a good job of removing oil from your face. It leaves a pleasant scent on your face, and I don't even like grapefruit. I mainly use towelettes when I'm out late and too tired to use face wash + eye makeup remover.
