My favorite mascara primer EVER!

I have used many drugstore and high end brands of mascara primers from NYX to Lancome which are always terrific, however I finally found the least inexpensive one ever; the ELF mascara primer for $3! I use this religiously and unless I receive a free sample of something else, I only purchase this primer for my eyes. I love the packaging of ELF products as it is just a sleek, simple, black packaging with the ELF logo and the name of the product. This particular packaging for this mascara primer is kind of cheap looking but I really have no complaints as this mascara is the best ever and it's only $3, why should I care what the bottle looks like? The applicator brush is a bigger brush that easily coats every lash with the white formula, so I can see exactly which lashes have had primer put on them and after I apply the mascara, which lashes need to be covered by it. I believe it is fool proof formula as it's so white that I can see it perfectly against my black lashes and if it accidentally gets on my eyelid or side of my nose, it easily can be seen and wiped away. It creates a great protective barrier between my lashes and mascara and makes it so much easier to remove my eye makeup at the end of the day without the tugging or leftover mascara. I notice that my mascara adheres wonderfully to the primer and my lashes are long, super dark and perfectly curled as usual. I run through this product very quickly for some reason so I always have two or three bottles on hand so in case I run out. I highly recommend giving this amazing primer a try, especially if you're sick of paying much higher for other brands.

Very good

My lashes are pretty straight so I always try to curl them first. Then I apply this primer if I have time. I like to get each lash and I like how it appears white on my dark lashes so I can see where I applied it. Afterwards, I apply my mascara and it really opens up my eyes more. It is great and makes a huge difference in the way my mascara looks on my eyes. It separates and thickens each lash and for me, that's amazing. =)

OMG I love this!!

I have long lashes already. So I look for mascaras to define my lashes. So I wasnt really looking to buy a primer but I love ELF so I thought I would try it. And It is one of my favorite ELF product I have bought. It makes my lashes look AMAZING! I think everyone needs to own one of these.

Worth every penny!

This is SO inexpensive but it works like it's worth so much more. My lashes look amazing with just mascara, but this takes it to another level and never looks overdone or clumpy. I'd suggest it to anyone and everyone who wants their lashes to look amazing. Just curl your lashes, apply the primer, let it dry, and put your mascara on. Voila! Beautiful, falsie-looking lashes without all of the work & frustration.

Awesome primer!

I bought this primer a month ago, as well as a ton of other elf products (their products run from $1-$3 so I figured I would try a bunch of stuff) and this was one of the best things I purchased. Apply a coat to your lashes and let dry, then apply your mascara. I use Diorshow, which works amazingly on it's own, but using this mascara primer before made my Diorshow 10x better! And I didn't think Diorshow could get any better. I was wrong! This is a must!
