Dr. Jart premuim BB cream

I got a sample of this in my birchbox or ipsy bag, can't remember. I used it 2-3 times and fell in love. I had tried many drug store BB creams and HATED them. They were tinted moisturizers, not enough coverage. I decided to splurge and buy this at Sephora. I use it alone, under my bareminerals pressed foundation, under my cover fx foundation. It has 45 spf and all kinds of skin benefits so u...read morese it with my foundation instead of moisturizer. The only time I use it alone is if it's a weekend and I'm going shopping or hiking with the dog. I just prefer a more full coverage on a work day. I have seen people say it turns there skin ashy or white, but I just want to say that you have to give it time to adjust to your skin tone. The bottle is interesting too. It looks like it will hinge open to get the last bits out. I'm afraid to try while it's full but I will let you know when I get to the end.

Not really a fan

I know that this goes against popular opinion, but while the color is fine, this product just goes on a bit too thick for my taste. I prefer a product that absorbs and blends seamlessly into the skin, which this product does not. I found I had to really work to get it blended and smoothed. I also did not find it's more cake-y finish to be very build-able, and my mineral makeup did not go on smo...read moreothly over it. I purchased a sample/travel size tube and used it 4 or 5 times before coming to conclusion. I would not purchase the full size product, especially for that price.

Love this!!!!!

Love this!!!!!! It moisturizes and does not feel like a foundation. It does cover like a light foundation.

Love this.

This BB cream is the first I've tried, and I now see what the fuss is all about. I got this in my Birchbox a few days ago and have been hooked ever since. It's amazing how the grayish liquid matches my skin perfectly once it's rubbed on, and I NO LONGER USE foundation, just a setting powder (I like a full makeup look, but if you don't, you definitely don't need the setting powder!). Even complexion, great sunblock

This is the only BB I've tried, but I've liked it enough to continue to use it. I love the coverage and with a bronzer my look is set.
