    Redness gone, but...

Wow- I've used this on a few clients before and while it does get rid of the redness PERFECTLY- it is SO dry and it doesnt apply smoothly. And it is SO green by itself- there is NO WAY that their claim: 'where it alone as a foundation' can be utilized. Unless you're desperate...find other products.

    Super Primer

This is a super primer. It hides my hyperpigmentation and acne scars very well. It makes my skin look great. It is a thick primer though, so it is hard to spread and makes the foundation look cakey. The tube and brush are awful. The packaging needs to be redone into a tube so we can control how much comes out better. This is a super-duper primer for people with bad skin.

    Doesn't really work.

I saw this product mentioned in Cosmo magazine so I thought that I would give it a try. I did not like it at all. First off, it does not like to come out of the tube. I think the brush is for show because you can not spread the product with the brush. Also the product did not go on very smoothly or clean. It was lampy and pasty and just felt gross on my face. I am going to have to say that it is better to pass this one up. (BTW I had the green one :))

    It's Okay (pink)

The packaging is terrible. The product is a thick lotiony consistency, and is a bit hydrating. Foundation lasted a bit longer, but it was not worth the trouble or the price.

    : )

I can't decide whether I like it or not. I received a free sample, and if it wasn't for that, there would be little to no chance that I would have bought it myself. It's VERY thick and has a VERY strong, unpleasant smell. I feel like it helps keep my (powder) foundation last and provides a really smooth base to my skin. I may try some other primers and come back to this one if there's nothing better.

    Review subject

I was in the market for a new primer, so one day at the store I saw this one and decided to pick it up. I'm not a fan of having to use the brush to apply the product, because I feel like it gets super dirty. Also, I find that the primer doesn't go on smoothly what so ever, or help even out my skin tone. If you're looking for a drug store primer I would go with the rimmel one instead of this.

    DONT GET IT!

I have used a handful of different primers, and they all spread easily and are a silky smoth consistency. I tried this one because it is green tinted and wanted to use it to cover up my rosacea. First of all, the applicator makes it difficult to control how much product comes out. You twist the bottle to make the product come out of the brush, and when it finally comes out, it does so in a huge am...read moreount. My biggest complaint about this product is how thick and cakey it is. Once you get it out of the container and apply it to your face, it is EXTREMELY difficult to spread and blend .I feels like a very thick concealer. You have to rub your face vigorously to get it to spread at all. Most people buying this product most likely have mild to moderate rosacea and the extra rubbing you have to do to blend the product exacerbates the rosacea and makes your face way more red and irritated. Once I applied my foundation on top of the primer, my makeup looked extra cakey and unnatural. Primer is supposed to improve the look of your foundation and make it look MORE natural! So, this product fails in both of those areas. However, I do highly recommend some of the other physician formula green products such as the concealer sticks. Their concealer is lighter and easier to spread. It also looks more natural on your face and neutralizes redness very well without further exacerbating it.
