One of the best to apply al over powder foundation
I love this brush. I received it in a kit I bought on QVC with two IT all over powder foundations. It applies the powder flawlessly and feels so smooth and beautiful when applying. Best makeup brush ever
The brushes by IT cosmetics are absolutely the best for the money value I have found and this one here is one of my very favorites. It is very soft, plush, and using it to apply my favorite powder always gives me a natural, light, flawless finish. These brushes do not shed like a lot of brushes do and pick up just the right amount of powder to give you easy application and very little waste. This is my most trusted brush I own. I love it so much. It is so soft and allows my makeup to glide on evenly and smoothly. Ive tried many other brushes besides this one spending up to 40 dollars on a brush but none of them compare to this one.
