Helped My Daughter's Dead Hair
I received the Macadamia Natural Oil as a sample and used it on my daughter's hair right away as she has damage from over dyeing. Love this stuff
I first tried this product when I was given a free sample. It smells great and really makes my hair soft and manageable. I mix it in with my styling cream before I blow dry, and sometimes I also run it over my ends to tame flyaways. It is a little pricey, but you only need a tiny bit, otherwise you will weigh down your hair, so it lasts a really long time. I also mix it in with my DIY haircolor, and it adds conditioning and makes my color look just a little more vibrant. No Healing Here
While I was super-impressed with this line's hair masque, this treatment really fell short of expectations for me. As soon as I felt it between my fingers, I knew it wouldn't work. Like most cheap anti-frizz serums (and this is pricey!), the product is mostly silicone-based. Nice softness, good price
This is the first oil product I have tried on my hair and I was pleasantly surprised. It made my hair soft, shiny and kept my ends looking fresh. I wouldn't say I saw a huge difference in my hair health or the quality of my style but I did like the softness. No Frizz!
This treatment leaves my hair soft and shiny and frizz free. I apply a small amount to clean, damp hair, about the size of a nickel for my bsl hair. Distribute it well throughout, paying particular attention to the ends. Take whatever's left on your hands and smooth the top. But always avoid the roots. It's mostly silicone, with a little oil thrown in and because silicone coats the hair, the oil likely doesn't penetrate the hair shaft. So I don't think long term use will have any effect. That said, however, it does do a great job at smoothing and does provide heat protection, so it's a good product to have on hand. I'm not sure it's worth the expense. Pure argan oil is great for treating dry ends and will definitely improve them over time. Apply a few drops to clean, damp hair and allow it to soak in for a few minutes. Then apply your frizz fighters and styling products. The argan oil doesn't provide thermal protection so be sure you're using something that does. I keep argan oil on hand because I've found so many uses for it. It's a dry oil which means it's easily and quickly absorbed and doesn't leave any greasy residue behind. I like the Macadamia product but I won't likely repurchase. AMAZING PRODUCT
I love this hair oil. I've always been a fan of MoroccanOil products, and now i've converted to Macadamia. This oil makes my hair dry faster, and I put it in before any mousse or other styling products. It makes my hair so soft and smooth, and leaves my hair feeling less damaged. Soooo Good!
This is a great oil treatment! It leaves my hair super super soft and shiny. I normally use Redken Smoothing Serum and this actually left my hair much more softer and smoother. I have very thick and curly hair that is very dry and damaged because I dye my hair and have highlights and I also usually blow dry and flat iron. But after using this macadamia oil treatment after every time I wash my hair...read more, like a leave in, my hair feels so soft and much healthier. Even my hair dresser noticed that my hair looked better and healthier, and this was the only change in my routine! It has a nice sent that's not too strong, almost like an almond sent.
