Decent

I love the tingle it gives your lips, and I love the color. I don't like how matte it appears (I usually apply a tiny amount of gloss on top), and I have to condition my lips before putting this on because it can be drying. Don't use this on chapped lips. The color does stay on longer than most lipsticks I've used. I wouldn't say this improves the condition of my lips. I like the built-in sharpener.

I'm not a lipstick sort of gal...

But I was excited to try these. I bought a set of 4 Buxom glosses and 4 Buxom lip sticks on sale. The scent is vanilla mint, and fairly pleasant (maybe a little medicinal). They do make your lips tingle, although not as badly as the lipglosses do. The color options are nice also. However, it will definitely make chapped/dry lips look worse, and it is a little expensive. I'm not sure that I'd repurchase these.

I prefer BUXOM lip gloss ;-)

I am hooked on Buxom lip gloss, so I was anxious to try the lipstick. The color is not as vibrant as I expected and the stick doesn't give the tingle I enjoy with the gloss. Every time I use the lipstick, I find myself topping it off with gloss so I am not sure I really need the extra expense of this one.

Big & Healthy Lip Stick

I'm not a big fan of lip stick on a whole, but after receiving a full size sample of this product, I'm leaning towards a purchase. It goes on nice and smooth, doesn't have a nasty taste (it's refreshingly minty), and the color is as sheer or as dark as you want it to be. It's a very creamy, moisturizing product that doesn't dry my lips out, nor does it need to constantly be re-applied. Another great Bare Minerals product.

Not Sure

I am a huge Buxom fan, but not really sure if I like these. I own Athens and Tokyo, and while I like the pigment they are really matte and seem to be a bit drying. I think I will stick with the Buxom gloss and not purchase any more of these.

Disappointed with the applicator, but the color is nice

I'm not especially thrilled with it. The applicator itself is annoying. Easy to break off the entire thing trying to get enough product out. The color is too difficult to get out of the applicator to fully saturate the lips. I got this in the shade London. This shade looks a lot like MAC's creme cup, which is a nice pink shade. I already have creme cup and creme cup isn't a pain to get out....read more The tingle is nice. But I don't think it's plumping unlike their gloss. Overall I don't think this is worth it and wouldn't buy it again.

Great plumper for a middle age woman!

I received a sample of Buxom lip plumper in "Brooklyn." At the time I didn't realize it was a lip plumper, I just loved the color. I didn't find out about the plumping until I went to Sephora to buy the full size. Being middle aged, and an ex-smoker, I have those not-so-pretty "smoker's lines" around my lips - not too many or too deep, but there. Also, as we age those lips thin out. This helps a...read more lot. I add a little MAC plumping gloss over it when I want shine and the lines aren't so noticeable and my lips look nice. You don't get a big, full lip from this plumper, just a bit, so don't be afraid to try it.

great packaging

I really like this....it's long lasting and super easy to apply...I'd give it 10 stars if the color was a smidgen better...I bought Bombay...I am fair skinned/cool toned and finding the right lip color is a chore. Sometimes the color looks fab (especially if my lips are really bare..meaning no foundation etc.) and other times the color seems a little off...I want to go back and try all the samples to see if another color flatters...All in all I would buy this again.

I bought this Buxom Big & Healthy Lip Stick in Milan, and I'm absolutely in love with it. It is fairly easy to apply (but try to avoid breaking off the pointed tip!) and it will last me FOREVER. It's true that it is very pricey, but I think it's well worth the money. I'm olive skinned/tanned, and the Milan shade is exactly my lip color amped up a notch or two. It's deliciously tingly and tastes a ...read morelittle bit minty once you put it on, and makes my lips full and gorgeous. WARNING: If your lips are at all dry or chapped you'll be able to see it with this lipstick! It is not particularly moisturizing or smoothing, so it will get all crumbly if your lips aren't very nice and moisturized. I put a balm underneath it first and then it goes on like a dream. XOXO
