Best thing for my brows ever.
Let me first start off by saying that I normally HATE retractable pencils, primarily because they are often too soft, too large for precise control, or too creamy so they give you dark streaks over your brows. This pencil is the perfect combination between a harder traditional pencil and the softer retractable. There's no need to sharpen your pencil because the tip is small and fine so you have precise control. I like the brush at the other end; not only does it groom your brows, but it also evens out the pencil. I was originally going to buy the traditional Anastasia pencil where you needed to sharpen it, but the brunette pencil was too light. The Brow Wiz in Brunette is the perfect color for dark hair. I have tried EVERYTHING from drug store or luxury pencils and retractables, to filling in using a brush and eyeshadow and even loose powder. Nothing looked nearly as natural or as defined as what the Brow Wiz has done for me. My brows have honestly never looked better! Top it off with the clear brow gel and you have perfect brows that last all day and doesn't wash off if you sweat or get wet. Yes, it is $20 for a brow pencil, but for as little as you use, I definitely think this pencil is going to last me a long time. For the results it gives me, I think it's definitely worth the price. New favorite brow product
I have read so many great reviews online and friends that say that this is a great eyebrow pencil; WHY did I wait so long to buy this product and try it?! I am hooked! Getting past the price (over $20) was probably the only thing that made me a little nervous because with a price that high, it had better deliver, but it did. Upon taking off the caps on both sides of the pencil I love that it has the retractable pencil but also has a spoolie brush on the other side that I can use to comb through and control my unruly brows. I always like to swatch pencils for some reason and like to feel the texture of the product before I put it on my face. This pencil has a great feel to it- It doesn't feel super rough like some pencils I've had the unfortunate pain of coming across but is not super soft and crumbly when I make a line on my hand. I let the pencil mark sit on my hand and use my other fingers to wipe it off, but it's not going anywhere which is always a good sign for me. From what I've gathered this pencil is super tiny with its application to make sure that you do not go crazy with penciling in your eyebrows. I tend to just do small strokes starting at my arch and finish at the tail area as that is the most sparse. I love the fact that I do not feel discomfort when penciling my eyebrows or tugging; some eyebrow pencils actually hurt to apply! I flip over the pencil and use the spoolie to comb through every few seconds to distribute the product throughout my brows. I believe this is a great pencil that kind of makes it impossible to overdo your eyebrows or draw them on too much because of the small size of the actual product; it hits all the sparse areas of my brows without making them look fake or painted on. The product is good, but...
The Anastasia brow pencil is great. It works well and applies nicely. But for $20 you get a meager .03 ounces, which is... pretty much nothing. I am sure there are dupes out there that can rival this pencil just fine at a much more reasonable price, and I'm going to look for them. Good solid eyebrow pencil
This is a great eyebrow pencil. When you draw with it, the effect looks natural. It's pricey, but that's one less thing to worry about in the morning. Love this pencil... But the lead fell out!!
I love how smoothly this goes on, and the brush end is a nice extra feature. I use light brown and it really fills in my brow's light spots nicely. Love how thin it is!
I love how thin this pencil is. It makes filling in your brows so easy. It's so precise and the texture is great. It's not waxy or too creamy. I like to use this with the ABH Dipbrow. I lightly outline my brows with the Brow Wiz and then fill in with the Dipbrow. It's the best combination! If I'm in a rush, then I'll use the Brow Wiz.
