This is the perfect spray for touchable hair

I've literally got 11 cans of "other" sprays under the bathroom sink that just don't work like this spray. I have longer hair that I just want to keep its shape. I can spray it (its quick dry) and a couple minutes later I can touch and swing my hair but it still goes back into place. There is nothing else like it. Perfect.

    In perfect Shape (r)

This is the one hair product I have gone back to again and again and again. I never am without this truly awesome spray. It is probably one of the only products I have used continuously since I got my hairdressing license and have never been without. Shaper comes in a large metal can with a great nozzle that sprays a nice even mist over your hair in a medium width swath. The only thing that ca...read moren be irritating about this is that the nozzle can tend towards clogging and get spurty but that is my ONLY complaint about this fabulous spray. I use this as a finishing spray and a working spray. I like my hairstyles to move, I don't want the stiff 80's look I once had, I'd use Shaper Plus for that, it has much more hold to it. Shaper is a dry working spray in my book. Meaning it does not make the hair all wet as you spray, it gives texture and enough hold to get a style built from the ground up. Shaper dries quick but you can still work with your hair and not rip it out as you restyle or finish it. I have used this on wet hair to get texture in fine hair, on dry hair as a styling aid as I curl hair with an iron, and as a great setting spray for a hot roller or regular roller set that would go under a bonnet dryer. Shaper is well known and much copied. The original Shaper Spray does it all and is easily washed away without flakes and buildup. I truly love this spray, as I can make it work for most any style I need to create and most any hairtype I am working with. Sebastian has a hit that has stood the test of time. Look in most any salon and I can almost guarantee you, Shaper is somewhere in there even if the salon doesn't sell Sebastian products. 9 stars taking away one for the sometimes spurty spray.

    Great hairspray, but expensive

This product is great, but at $15 a can, it's just not worth it. Salon Graphics SG is just as good, if not better for $4 a can. It is definitely brushable. I just don't understand how it can hold like it does. But both Sebastian and SG can be brushed through and still hold the style. I love both of them. SG is just as good at a much better price.
