Causing Eye Infections?
While I loved the intensity of color this offers, I was very disappointed that my eyes would turn red everytime I used this. I have used liquid eyeliners of all brands but never had this effect before. Don't buy it!
So expensive and so disappointing. Difficult application: dries too fast and the texture is too thick. The brush is not refined enough.
