Nice concept, but....

I bought the cake for brown eyes from Sephora online, and was so excited to try it. There were so many colors in the cake, and they all looked like "me" shades. However, there is absolutely no pigmentation to these, if I could get any shadow on my brush at all. Even wet I could barely get an application.

worth every penny

I use it wet for darker color,its very easy to use i like the colors, when wet the color are more intense which i love.beautiful combination of colors.

Shades compliment eye color

I really like how the shades complimented my brown eyes. Although, I ended up using the lighter colors as highlighters and the darker colors and eye liner while wet. I've gotten a lot of compliments that my eyes seem to pop when I use this product. It is a little annoying having it all in the same little tin though. Although it makes blending colors a little easier if you're looking to darken one of them for a base.

okay

the tin is hard to open sometimes but that is good in a way so you know the makeup wont be leaking in your bag. nice colors but you have to reapply by 5 hours.

Too bad the packaging doesn't work!

This tin is so hard to open I won't even use the shadows! I bought this in blue eyes and the colors and textures are really nice, but the packaging is almost impossible to get open. I have other products in tins-glosses mostly and they are no problem. This one will get thrown out!
