a fun alternative to the night time smoky eye
I have been a little leery of products with glitter because when they go bad....they go REALLY bad but when I see glitter well done on other people I always love the look. I decided to try this liner based on the reviews. The applicator brush allowed for a precise application and I was surprised to see that no excess glitter ended up on my face. Huge points for that!! It looked awesome over black ...read morekohl liner and I am so sick of seeing nothing but the "smoky eye and glossy lips" look on every girl at every club; this is a great alternative. So fresh and a great variety of colors. These look great with the Urban Decay shadow "Midnight Cowboy" or "Midnight Cowboy rides again." I would advise to be careful when applying this to the lower lash line as some product got in my eye and the pieces of glitter burned!!! Easy to apply awesome sparkle for night
I love this glitter pencil. Super crazy easy to apply. And, gives the most awesome eye bling when going out for the night. Definitely not day time shimmer, but super appropriate for the club. Twinkle, Twinkle!
Stagedive is a beautiful turquoise green glitter eyeliner. I make a fine line of it over my regular eyeliner. I keep my lids lowered while the liner dries so it won't smear. Once dry it doesn't flake off. It doesn't irritate my eyes & isn't hard to remove. Very good!
This was included in the Hi-Fi 24/7 Set I purchased from Sephora. It was the shade Distortion. I applied it over my regular black pencil eyeliner. It definitely added a light glitter/shimmer to my upper eyelid. It was very easy to apply, and the glitter wore off about 5-6 hours later. It also was easy to remove. Great colors
These eyeliners are pretty good. I bought a trio set white, electric blue and bronze last year. I must say the good thing is they last a long time. (I still have plenty!) but you really have to swirl the wand a bit to get more glitter on the wand! As far as my blue one (the reason why I bought it) I wanted to compare to my Too Faced liner-I like that one more...but Urban Decay gives your more product. Sooo easy to use!
This product is probably the best liquid eyeliner I have tried, glitter or not! The brush is very thin, so I can get the lower lashline as well as upper if I'd like! I picked up the shade 'Baked' during the FF sale, but I think I'll have to get some more! This shade give some glamour over a neutral brown look, or layered over one of the famous 24/7 liners. Spunky!
I usually don't like glitter liners... I find them meaningless but I will always come back to UD's Heavy Metal Glitter Liners! The colours are SO fun & spunky. I layer the glitter liner ontop of black eyeliner most of the time & it never wears down my eyeliner like others have). The colour you see outside the bottles is the colour you will get on your eyes. BEST EVER!
Going through high school during 2000-04 I remember the horrors of glitter gel, and this is NOTHING like the glitters of a few years ago. It stays on forever! I didn't wash off my make-up one night (I know, BIG no-no) and it was still on in the morning! Ok.. so I have this in Baked and Spandex. The Baked goes really well with the Copper colored 24/7 gel pencil! The Spandex one goes well over darker eyeliners (I usually use it over Zero 24/7 pencil). The picture they use to show the color is a little decieving, it makes it look like the glitter is in a COLORED liner base.. its actually in a CLEAR base (that dries pretty nicely). So you can kind of...read more layer it on, to get the desired amount of sparkle that you want. I work at a night club, and i use just a little (usually lol) to brighten my eyes, since the lighting in the club is so dark.
