Really good reviews but....

Don't know why this product did not work on my skin. I have oily skin during the summer but dry skin in the winter and my hands are cracked. I was hoping this lotion would fix it but it did nothing to my skin. I find it to be really rich but greasy on my skin and didn't heal my dry cracked skin at all. It just sits on top of my skin without any absorbing quality. It didn't leave my skin soft either. No improvement on my skin after I used it for a month. I will just be sticking to Aveeno from now on.

Love this lotion

I got this when in need of some seriously enriching lotion and it did wonders for my severely dry and damaged skin. I keep this at work to moisten my hands after so much paperwork.

Good Lotion

I prefer the Smooth Sensation lotion for its creaminess and scent but this is a good moisturizer for the body overall. I got a sample of this and put it to use on my arms, legs, heels, and hands. I found that it wasn't as effective as the Smooth Sensation or Nivea Soft for making rough spots smooth and soft. I won't purchase again but it is still a cheap drugstore moisturizer. You just have so many to choose from, you might as well find something you really like.

Okay

Despite all the other "10" reviews, I'm going to say that this is my least favorite Nivea lotion. I've tried the entire line of body lotions and this one is the heaviest, so I'd limit it only to the really rough and dry spots like elbows and knees and hands. For a body lotion it is really a little too heavy and takes some heavy duty rubbing to get it in and fifteen minutes to dry if it's...read more humid. You can't get dressed right away or it'll leave residue on your clothes. It does moisturize your skin really well, it's just a little too heavy and greasy for me.

hmm?

Am I the only one who wasn't a fan of this stuff? The smell sticks with you for awhile, and its not the most pleasent...I smell like I just bathed in baby powder. I also didn't enjoy the texture, watery yet goopy if that even makes sense. Its tolerable and gets the job done but I will not be buying this stuff again.

Works

This is my first Nivea moisturizer and it took me some time to get used to the smell, which reminded me of cologne my brother would use. After about a month's use, I did find that my arms and legs are much softer to the touch. I love that it is lightweight yet moisturising at the same time. The scent is still not my favorite, but I would take this over something that smells good but doesn't do any...read morething after shower. After I am finished with this, I am looking forward to trying Smooth Sensation, which seems to be even better.

Awesome

My suns have had eczema since they were tots. Now they are teens. They have been using this lotion ALL of their lives. Believe me I have tried tons of different brands, I even tried new and improved brands, but we always come back to this one. However, this one is best for winter and fall, when the cold weather in NJ flares up their eczema. So I was ecstatic when Nivea intro'd Smooth Sensations, same brand, same effect, lighter formula. I will nvr try another...

Best thing ever

I have been using Nivea my whole life and every time I switch to something else, just to try it out, I go back to this one! White cap- light moisture, navy cap- very strong moisturizing power and smells delish:)
