Very Nice!

This is a very nice face wash. Lathers very well, doesn't strip the skin or dry it out. Does a good job removing heavy foundation. Used with the Olay brush is quite a pleasure. Nice price too!

Very nice but....

It left a weird fuzzy feeling on my fingers and face due to the cucumber extract in this. I loved how it removed all my stubborn makeup and doesn't leave my face feeling clingy and tight but I couldn't really get over that annoying fuzzy feeling this cleanser left me.

The absolute BEST!

I have tried many mid-level cleansers (Clinique, Cetaphil) and even high-end ones (Glytone) - this takes the cake and at a STEAL of a price! My skin is combo/oily in the spring summer and combo/dry in the fall/winter. My skin is left looking amazingly clean and clear and NO drying or tightness, which is so important for me. I think I would DIE if they stopped making this product!

My skin is oily in the summer and dry in the winter however it always feels clean and fresh after washing with it - no mater what time of the year. Plus it removes my makeup and doesn't dry up my eye area like most products tend to do. When I crave a nice deep cleanse, I use Basis in conjunction with a Buf Puf and my face is left "OMG" clean! LOVE LOVE LOVE this and at around $5 a pop, you just can't go wrong!

great value for deep cleaning

I bought this product because it seemed like a reasonable price for a cleanser that would remove make-up (I really don't understand why a person would need a make-up remover separate from their cleanser!). It definitely lived up to the deep cleaning. My face is clear of any traces of make-up after cleansing and I feel refreshed. The scent is lovely and it makes up a good foam, even though it's ...read moresoap-free! The only downside is that it's too good at its job! My dry, sensitive skin probably needs just a bit less cleansing. I love the price of this cleanser, but I may have to venture out and see if there is something that fits my skin type as well as my wallet.

Love Love LOVE!

I have finally found the perfect cleanser. I have tried all different kinds of cleanser and this one seems to be the winner. You just need a small amount to wash your whole face with. I have been using it religiously every night and i am not even half way done. My skin feels soft and refreshed after I wash my face and its never tight or dry. This cleanser is just amazing. I really think it has transformed my skin. I will say that I have pretty average skin to begin with. I don't have a problem with acne or sensitivity. The only I issues I have sometimes is that my t-zone can become oily. I don't know if this will give the same results to all skin types but it really made a difference in mine. The best part.... I got this at Wal-Mart for 3 bucks and some change! Yup! Amazing. If you are in the market for a new cleaser you gotta try Basis. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone and yes I will repurchase this over and over again!

Best ever :)

This is probably my favorite face wash of all time. The fragrance is light and fresh but not overdone, especially not so much that it irritates my skin. It cleans my face, doesn't leave anything behind, and is totally pure and simple :)

Fantastic for dryer skin too

This face wash is incredible! I have used it for years and have yet to find a face wash this good for this little money. The smell is awesome, a mix of botanicals like mint and lemongrass.
