Just OK

I got this lip conditioner in a mini set with their cleansing water. This is a decent lip balm, but it is nothing fantastic. With a name like "lip conditioner", I would think this would be more nourishing. I love the smell of this, although it would be difficult for me to describe here. Mediocre

Nice conditioning lip balm. Not very glossy, goes on a little thick. Since it doesn't have Spf I only use this at night but it's not the most hydrating lip balm. If my lips are super dry and cracked this helps by morning but it's not as good as a petrolatum based product. Would not repurchase due the the price for what it does.

smooth

I love the light vanilla scent. It goes on nice and smooth and is very moisturizing, perfect for winter. I put it on before bed, because it isn't sticky like a lot of balms I have used.

Enjoyable and gone!

I really enjoyed using the Caudalie Lip Conditioner, I received it in a travel kit and used it pretty obsessively. It did make my lips soft, and there wasn't a waxy or sticky feel which was great. My product in the tube seemed very soft and wore down rather quickly despite my obsessive-compulsive nature with lip balms/gloss. That was my one complaint, it didn't last long enough.

Weird smell & taste, stings

I'm really confused by the great reviews. This has a weird smell and taste, almost chemical like. It was also hard to apply, not soft at all, but stiff. Plus, it stung my lips. And I had to wait to the smell to ease off before I could stand drinking or eating. The last time I wore it, I couldn't wait and ran to the bathroom and washed my lips off. I kept trying to get used to it, because it was s...read moreo expensive and everyone praised Caudalie. I couldn't. I tried 3 times, then threw it out. If at all possible, sample it in the store first. If the smell, taste and feel don't bother you, then it might be worthwhile. Maybe. Otherwise, just get something cheaper with shea butter and drink an extra glass of water. Overall, I'd say it's not worth the price.

Quite nice

This is truly a very nice product. I use it everyday as a prep to gloss application. Its even better in the winter months, when lips tend to dry or crack. Although on the expensive side, its worth every penny. It glides on nicely and leaves my lips feeling velvety soft. I like the minty/perpperminty feel on my lips as well. Apply day and night. Worth every penny. A nice alternative, and less expensive is Burt's Bees lip product.

Lip Balm Heaven

I haven't found anything else like this. It lasts forever, the moisture can't be beat and it has a light creamy scent (not strong at all). It really lives up to its name as a lip conditioner.

Love this lip balm!

I really love this lip balm. Leaves lips feeling soft and moisturized. Nice, subtle sweet scent. Great at bedtime or under lipstick or gloss.

My Favorite

I get really dry lips with flaking from time to time and when gets to that point, this lip conditioner saves the day. By the following day my lips are back to being flake free and soft.

very good-- with one problem

This stuff works much better than most other lip repairs I use. it really seems to heal and prevent chapping and tightness in the winter. I wish it was paraben-free like a lot of the other Caudalie products. If it were, I would use it exclusively!
