    Fun

I wasn't too keen on bubble bars at first as I thought it seemed a little strange but I was given one for my birthday two years ago (Pop in the Bath) and I tried it. Didn't make too much bubbles which was disappointing BUT I tried a method by cutting a tiny piece of it and putting it in a nylon sick and tying it to the bath tap. I barely used any and the bubbles overflowed the bath!!!! Please try ...read morethis method if you are buying a bubble bar as you will get your money's worth (; Now I adore the bubble bars!

    A Bubbley Good Time

I love these for taking a nice relaxing bubble bath. I have recieved many different ones as gifts and they've all been great. The smell is wonderful and I love the bubbles. In a regular bath tub I usually use the whole thing to get a good amount of bubbles going. However, in a whirlpool type tub they should be cut down to a small size, made the mistake of using too much once and was nearly drowning in bubbles! LOL.

Don't Waste Your Bar -- Learn How to Maximize the Bubbles

I used to work at Lush and we'd get people coming back into the store, upset that they'd wasted $12 on a single bath. First of all, if used properly, an entire bubble bar is going to give you so many bubbles that you wouldn't be able to sit in your bath. Obviously we'd get some people who would literally throw the whole thing in the bottom, but then we'd also get people who knew to crumble and ...read morestill wound up with not much of an effect. The best method that I've tried is as follows: get one of those potpourri satchels that are sort of gauzy and have a ribbon-tie to tighten up the top. Put a small chunk of the bubble bar inside -- no more than about a square inch. It's better if you leave it solid, but you can crumble it if you prefer. Then put the mouth of the bag over the bathtub faucet and tie the ribbon around the neck. Turn on the water and let it flow through the bag at a fairly full blast. You will wind up with a TON of bubbles from a very small piece and will have a lot of the bar left over for future baths. My favorite is The Comforter -- gorgeous blackberry scent that tinges the bubbles a faint pink.

    These are fun!

They are pricey but I usually cut them in 4 pieces. You have to crumble them under the runnning water. The bubbles and scents are great but they don't last very long. I love that they have seasonal products, just bought the gingerbread house for Christmas. Can't wait to try it out!
