This is the easiest liquid liner I have ever used. If I can do it, anyone can! I have a variety of colors and love them all; they can be used for daytime or be made more dramatic for evening. Easy to apply and stays on for a long time. Instantly makes eyes stand out. But the best thing is that Artliner does not smear!!! I don't know if it's because i have oily skin, but almost every eyeliner (liquid & pencil) I use, it smears on my eyelids after about 20 mins. Artliner really does wonders for me!! Favorite Eyeliner
Hands down favorite eyeliner out of all I own or even tried -- better than pencils in precision, can tailor for a thin or thick line, staying power is fantastic, fabulous assortment of shades to choose from - personal fave is Blueberry - and they last a long time with good care. After years of trying to find something to give me the look I had for my eyes when I was single, I found Lancome Artliner. It is easy to use, you have control over how you want it to look. If you want a thin line, you've got it. If you want it deeper, you got it. If you want to have thin, then thick, then thin again, no problem.
