pros: it smells very good it does give some volume affordable overall good quality biodegradable and natural ingredients cons: it made my hair feel dry after i rinsed it out, like straw and if it weren't for the conditioner, my hair would have felt too dry. overall, i like this product. it smells so much better than most shampoos and it is affordable. it does the job and when paired with conditioner you get awesome results.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 5 people said helpful

Drying
I would - and have - use this product for a few weeks. I don't know that it effectively adds volume to my admittedly very straight, very flat hair. I would also say, however, that, even in conjunction with the conditioner, it's way too drying. Clarifying, but can be too harsh
The idea behind this shampoo is that if your hair is less weighed down, it will have more volume. When I first tried this product, I loved it. It smells amazing and left my hair clean. Really clean. So clean I felt like I didn't need to shampoo every day. I guess I felt I had a little more volume and bounce to my hair. But unfortunately, it didn't work for me as a regular cleanser. After two weeks of using it, my hair was so dried out I had to switch back to Dove. Really good shampoo for its price :)
If you need a good volumizing shampoo that cleanses hair thoroughly, this is it. It cleans the gunk out of my hair, and rinses clean. A nice side effect is the smell too; I've gotten compliments that my hair smells good since I started using this! Really great shampoo!
This really lives up to its promises. I have coarse, dryish gray hair that is hard to style and keep sleek. This shampoo did the trick. I did not use any conditioner, just a little heat protection cream, and then blew it out as usual. It was easier to style (I blow it out smooth and straight) and it stayed smooth all day without those little frizzies that pop up on top. Dryness of hair and volume
Well I bought Aussie volume shampoo about a week or two ago and the first time I used it I knew I made a mistake. After I applied the shampoo my hair felt soooo dry the conditioner helped but not a lot .
