Wonderful Watermelon
Wow. This mousse is incredible and it smells wonderfully of watermelon! Fresh from the shower, I put a couple egg- sized Handfuls into my damp, air dried hair to find the waves spring out of nothing. It doesn't even make my hair feel crunchy in the least. It makes my thick, wavy, shoulder length hair Look like it just came from the salon! holds curls....for normally STRAIGHT hair!

wonderful!

Here's how it works on straight hair:
I bought this mousse thinking it would HELP me curl my straight hair, not realizing it was made for naturally curly girls. It actually works pretty well for me, though. I have to use kind of a ton of it, then blowdry, then curl, and it works alright...if the weather's not humid or rainy. I can assume that it doesn't stand up to bad weather when used on curly hair, either. Makes my hair look great!
I have naturally wavy/curly hair that dries on the poofy side if I don't use any product. This stuff keeps it looking shiny, soft, and voluminous without the poofy-ness (new word alert! haha). This is the product I love the most! I couldn't find it last time I was shopping. I have curly,thick coarse hair and this holds and styles my curls great. This reminded me to pick it up again! Not so good in the dry season
I have very curly and thick hair, so I found this mousse. This mousse keeps my hair under control in the humidity very well, but when it gets dryer around here the mousse drys out the ends of my hair, leaving me with tons of split ends. It is really great to use when it is humid out because everybody's hair gets poofy and frizzy in the humidity, but don't use this product every day because it has ...read morea drying ingredient in it, which is not good for your hair. If you put leave in conditioner in your hair before you put in the mousse that will protect your hair for a little while. The directions on this bottle say use 2-3 egg size portions of this, but that will leave your hair crunchy and stuff looking all day. Works great!
I have naturally wavy (type 2b to be exact) and this mousse helped to enhance my wave and reduce frizz. I diffused my hair after finger combing the mousse though and my hair was left soft and almost frizz free. I have the produce 9 stars because it did not give my hair the moisture or shine. Amazing!
So I have to admit I didn't like this product at first. I tried it a couple of times and then stopped using it for a year or so. Then when I ran out of my usual gel I had no choice but to use this. When I tried it for the first time in forever I fell in love with it! It really holds my curls all day and it smells nice too!
