Need some improvement
I was tired of carrying the full size powder, and a BE sales lady recommended this one. When I saw the compact, I thought it was a wonderful idea and liked the design of the product. I filled it out with my bareMinerals SPF 15 Medium Beige foundation. The next day I regretted my decision. Each time I opened or closed it, some powder spilled. One time the powder was all over including inside of the...read more carrying case that came with the mirror. A half-moon flat brush was good for touch-ups, but I still wish I read reviews here before I purchased it. I like The Compact But Dislike The Brush That Comes Inside It
The compact is really cute and a pleasure to pull out. However, I don't care for the brush that comes inside of the compact. I LOVE this compact! Back in my BBM (before BareMinerals) days, when I used liquid foundation (gross), I would always carry a pressed powder compact in my purse to diminish shiny areas throughout the day. Now that I am using BareMinerals foundation, I will use nothing other than Mineral Veil & really appreciate having an actual compact rather than the original sifter container to carry along wit...read moreh me. Though, thanks to BareMinerals, I no longer have a problem with oil/shininess! I have had no problems whatsoever with the compact or brush. It is always in the zippered pouch it came with and it is ALWAYS in my purse, yet, I've not had a problem with it spilling or leaking at all. Back to that zippered pouch. I love it! It is stylish and nicely made of high quality materials. I know the compact is no longer available and I am so glad I bought one! Not good
Great concept, but needs improvement in execution. You will waste a lot of product when you transfer it to this case. And when you open it after it has been rolling around in your bag for a while the powder goes everywhere! could be better
I got this compact when I first bought BE in a kit and I actually put mineral veil in it for touch ups to get rid of shine. I don’t like that it is a little messy, when you open the lid powder flies and gets on your clothes sometimes and when you close the lid powder flies out as well and I have to clean it up so it could be better.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Like this compact
I like this compact in the fact that it does have the door that keeps your loose powder from going everywhere on top of the sifter and then getting everywhere when you need to use it. Great idea but pops open
I'm not sure if I just got one that is defective, but the lid pops open on mine if it bumps against anything. The inner plastic lid holding the brush has kept away any messy spills, but the top is difficult to keep closed.
