Giving this a high rating because it does what it says. It definitely freezes and shines. However, I go for the soft hold sprays

I am not a huge fan of hairsprays in general but I do have to use them sometimes and this Pual Mitchell Freeze and Shine is definitely one of the best. It adds shine and hold. Make sure you apply evenly or you will see flakes and stiff hair.
