Awesome! I love stability balls. They are great for your posture and strengthening your core. Try sitting at your desk on one instead of an office chair.

It makes my back feel so good to stretch it out with that big exercise ball. I crashed on my head at first, but once I practiced next to my bed to keep me from tipping I was ok after that. I am sorry I don't have a video of the crash to show you--I was laughing out loud!

This was great!!! I really loved the exercises they showed at the end of this video!!! I am a huge fan of the exercise ball and usually use it during my workouts. The first one they showed when they were somewhat laying on the ball and then rolling back looked awesome!! I can't wait to try these new exercises out!!! The key to keeping a trim and toned figure is to switch up your exercise routines. You have to trick your muscles (something I learned while watching the P90X videos) so that they don't get used to the same thing all the time. That's why they tell you to always work out a different body part each day. You need to give your muscles a chance to rest and repair themselves and also doing the same thing all the time gets boring!! Thanks so much for sharing these tips and exercises!!
