Sunscreen is a must! I have started to use that a lot during the summer and I regret not using it sooner because it is amazing when out in the sun.

Sunscreen and a floppy hat are both must haves for extended time in the sun. I just got a great big floppy hat from Tommy Bahama that makes me think of the islands.
