It wasn't bad...
I give this a 5 because it seemed to somewhat get rid of under eye lines and the bottle lasted me a very long time! But it gave me breakouts around my mouth and I wasn't too wild about the texture of the cream. Just so-so
I don't recall how much I paid for this - at least 10 dollar I suppose. I'm always on the lookout for that "miracle" eye cream that will erase or at least diminish the crepiness (crinkly skin) directly underneath my eyes. This didn't do that. Oh, it works fine as a moisturizer which is why I'm not giving it an absolutely terrible rating. However, I've never noticed much in the way of line-decreasing under my eyes.
