yikes!

This stuff burned my skin, made it dry and my face didn't really feel any much cleaner. This was a nightmare on my skin. Someone with tougher skin might find this useful, but for anyone with sensitive skin like me it did not go so well.

Interesting... to say the least

This face wash is unlike anything I have tried before. As soon as I put it on my face it feels super warm, not hot, but definitely warm. It is weird, but in a fun way, at least I think so! I mean, this product really does not help me with the blackheads, and I have a lot. The warmth of the product is supposed to help you open up pores so that the black heads can come out more easily, but that does...read more not happen. Instead, you end up with a warm face (granted, the feeling of warmth only lasts a few seconds), and you have really sensitive skin, I can see how it can actually be harsh for you. I do not have super sensitive skin so this does nothing for me. I do think it is a fun product to try for free, but not buy it, since it does not help with the blackheads. It smells wonderfully, of course, fresh and it has those micro beads for exfoliation, but again, that does nothing for acne or blackheads. Will not buy again, though the warm feeling is fun!

not for dry or sensitive skin

It's an ok cleanser for normal skin, I suppose. The warmth feels nice, but it doesn't last long enough to do anything for sure. Doesn't do anything to the blackheads, and is a bit drying. Will not be buying this again

Doesn't really do a whole lot.

I like the warming sensation, but I still had blackheads and acne. It did clean my face, and was really refreshing though? It wasn't drying either. But the price is affordable, and the smell is pleasant (from what I can smell). It's mildly exfoliating, so that's another plus.

warm. yes. harsh. yes.

I would not buy this again not just b/c its harsh on your skin but also b/c the ingredients are less than desirable. The warming sensation I can live with out.

This is a wonderful product because it works well on many levels. First off it is a cleanser and secondly a scrub. Most impressively is the warming mask function which leaves your face feeling clean

So far its alright.

I just started using this so I'm unsure of how it will go. It started out warm but that didn't last very long. I didn't notice that my blackheads went away, but they were easier to remove. I can definitely see how this product would not be good for sensitive skin.( Also it contains plastic micro beads which are not good for your local watershed). Overall I have small hopes for the product but on the plus side if you get a little bit in your mouth it does taste good.

Not really a daily cleanser

I have oily, acne prone skin and use Biore Warming Anti-Blackhead Cream Cleanser after washing my face with a different product since this is not really a cleanser. It has a thick, tacky texture so it doesn't foam or glide easily on your face. And it won't do much as far as removing makeup or impurities on your face. It does warm up but only for a second and the intensity of the warmth depends ...read moreon the temperature of water used to dampen your face. Sometimes I feel the cleanser warming up and sometimes nothing. The best use I found for Biore Warming Anti-Blackhead Cream Cleanser is to use it before applying a mask to help open up the pores.

Pure gimmick!

The heat/warming sensation is just a gimmick that has no benefit for acne, blackheads, or the skin in general. And the amount of salicylic acid is useless because it's washed off before it can help your skin, mediocre and useless.
