  Why Did it Change?

  I used to LOVE this cleanser. By far, the best one I had tried. I loved how it warmed as I applied it to my face and best of all, loved how it made my skin feel. Then (once again) they changed the formula. Why do you do this, Biore? When I used my new cleanser, the cream was now gritty. Like scrubbing with sand. Instead ...of "gently warming" those blackheads out, I was now expected to rip my skin off. Yuck! Bring back the old formula!! October 25, 2007, 11:08 am

  Still experimenting...

  I just started using it a couple weeks ago but I am torn so far. I love the smell and the gritty exfoliating pieces. I wish the warming sensation lasted more than a millisecond. It seems to handle blackheads only a little better than most cleansers. When I started using a better toner, my blackheads improved. I will kee...p going for a couple more weeks.   Great Price, Great Results

  I started using this cleanser about a month ago at my friend's suggestion. I was a bit hesitant at first because it was actually cheaper than the Neutrogena grapefruit scrub I had been using, which did not work for my skin. Thankfully, this product was a real winner. I have somewhat oily skin, and this cleanser exfoliated m...y skin beautifully while leaving the surface soft and clean. I have only had one pimple since I first began using this product! I would definitely recommend this cleanser to others. It feels good, smells great, and cleans my skin better than anything else I have ever used! January 11, 2009, 4:33 pm

  love the exfoliation

  just the right grade of exfoliants, gentle enough to not break surface capillaries and bring blood to surface (that uncheery redness that you aften get from apricot or walnut scrubs) but strong enough to slough off those dead cells and leave a glow! could DEF do without the warming, i love their traditional exfoliating cre...am cleanser.   I love the Biore strips for my blackhead-prone areas, but wasn't overly impressed by this cleanser. There was a slight warming sensation, but I didn't find that it did any better than most cleansers and manual exfoliants at preventing and/or clearing blackheads, even with continued use.   Winter warmer!

  I have oily/combination skin and this cleanse packs just enough punch to clean my skin without over drying. But the real magic is as soon as the cleanser touches your face, you feel a instant warming sensation on your skin that feels like it opens very pore that really prevents blackheads.   I really like this cleanser. The warming sensation is great and the exfoliating beads do a great job-I like that they're not too harsh on my skin. This cleanser leaves my skin so soft and really clean. And it smells really yummy! May 7, 2009, 12:41 pm

  Warming Scrub

  I love this cleanser during the winter. The only thing is it gets grainy and feels like sand after a while...and the heat doesn't last too long. It is also really thick and hard to spread although it didn't used to be. Since I have dry skin, I can't exfoliate every single day...it causes sensitivity and flaking. So unfortu...nately, I have had to stop using this scrub. It feels so great going on but the warming sensation only lasts for a couple seconds. I like the ice cleanser much better now just because of the texture issue. April 20, 2009, 7:05 pm

  warms for just a second, maybe

  This product does an ok job cleaning your face, but I have noticed NO difference in clearing any blackheads! You feel the warmth for a quick second..if that, and I am not even sure how that is supposed to help. I don't think that it is warm long enough to open up those clogged pores! Would NOT recommend this product. Bio...re definitely has done better with their other products. April 19, 2009, 7:46 pm
