    not worth it

    by mfishah (2 reviews)
i am a HUGE fan of the nose strips, and use them all over my face. however, i think that the pore strips are lacking a bit, and there is absolutely no difference in the "ultra deep" cleansing pore strips. i actually find them flimsy and weak. they work "ok", and maybe if you have only a few blackheads... in large pores it would be fine. if your skin is too sensitive for the nose strips, then i would just save the added money and buy the regular pore strips. it is not worth the extra dollar or so for the supposed "ultra deep". They DO work!!!!

    by doodlebeep (24 reviews)
I don't know what I would do without these! I've literally tried every cleanser, mask, moisturizer etc. to get rid of the blackheads on my nose, and none of them work! I agree that it is almost gross how effective these pore strips are. It's actually like they "pull the plug" out of your pores. For them to work ef...fectively, I out one on my nose within seconds of stepping out of the shower. I use one twice a week, because more often dries out and irritates my skin because of the stickie stuff on the strip. October 19, 2008, 12:17 am

    Temporary at best

Biore Ultra Cleansing Pore Strips are fine for temporary blackhead removal. They didn't remove ALL my blackheads, but quite a few. However, all blackheads and oily skin were back the next day. I also think that they are harsh on my skin because you have to "rip" them off which tends to stretch the skin. August 8, 2008, 4:54 pm

I don't really see the differen between the regular and the ultra

    by DRAGONIA (12 reviews)
Same as the regulars but with a tea tree oil smell, pretty sure these aren't good for me XP But saw the gunk come out of my clogges poers, though they were still dark...somehow O_O'' Not repurchasing, for fear of being addicted and damaging my skin. March 13, 2008, 4:34 pm

    Skip the rip

    by CarlinCatra (3 reviews)
Unless you have extra time and money to plaster paper to your face for 10 minutes, don't bother savagely ripping out your tiny, sensitive hair follicles with Biore pore strips. The results are temporary at best, and by the next day you will notice the usual: however much oil, blackheads and pimples your pre-striped nose ho...uses. March 12, 2008, 9:43 pm

    Too good to be true

    by ModernDayWriter (165 reviews)
    Top 100 ReviewerTrusted Review
...a strip that gets rid of blackheads? Blackheads gone with one rip? I knew it was too good to be true. Didn't do anything for my pores. After you remove the strip, your pores may be a little tight from whatever chemicals are on the strip, and it may appear that your blackheads are gone but they're just hidden :( Save your... money! Perfect for My Oily Skin

    by ClaireDubit (16 reviews)
I have very oily skin resulting in lots of blackheads on my nose and chin - no matter how much I wash, exfoliate and peel my skin. I use these weekly now and I can see a visable difference in the amount of blackheads and appearance of my nose and chin. AND I can actually see the blackhead stuck to the strips when I take t...hem off! December 5, 2007, 6:14 pm

    OUCH!

    by htiduj (7 reviews)
I hate this product. That seems like a strong feeling, I know, but I used it and it BRUISED my face. I had a red welt for most of the week (thank god for coverup) and it popped some blood vessels in my cheek - which are first starting to fade a few weeks later. Talk about a disaster. I'm not too happy with this product, although it does seem to work better than the regular Pore Strips. Even when following the instructions exactly, I feel like the strips fail to extract the majority of my blackheads. I'm not quite sure how big a blackhead needs to be for the pore strips to grab it... November 30, 2007, 1:45 pm

    I love these strips

    by blackbeauty40 (3 reviews)
When I first bought these strips, I was a little apprehensive until I tried them. They really do keep their promise of removing dirt and oil from your pores. I was surprised when I removed the strips and saw all of the stuff that was trapped onto these things. People really need to try these. October 16, 2007, 10:21 am
