Will Give You Truly Soft Hair!
I like buying both the small and big size of this product. As, it simply gives me a more softer and smoother look to my hair. I think that this conditioning balm is a godsend. And, I only wish that it came in a vat. Best conditioner ever!
I don't think my comment on this balm showed so I am writing another. This is the BEST conditioner I've ever used! I usually leave it in my hair for longer than five minutes but after I rinse it out, it feels like I have new hair. It smells delicious, the consistency is great to spread all over my long hair, and it rinses out very well. When I brush my hair there are very few knots and it feels so soft. When it is dry and I style it there are no flyaways and it is super shiny. AMAZING
So I love Biolage and basically everything they make. This deep conditioner is SOO GOOD!! First of all it smells so delicious which is a smell unique to Biolage products. I use it after my shampoo and conditioner for my super dry curly hair to help the recovery process from summer. It took a few treatments to really notice the big differences but now my hair feels so healthy, shiny and soft I can't stop touching it! Even when I straighten and curl it glides through my hair with ease and doesn't leave my ends looking dry. Overall I really really love this product and I think it is well worth the money and in fact in comparison to other salon products its really quite affordable! If you want hair that is super soft, shiny and smells so good you want to walk around sniffing a lock of your hair then this is the conditioner for you!! My husband loves to hug me and inhale the scent of my hair and will sit on the couch cuddled up with me while he plays with my hair. He says my hair is softer than any fur he has ever touched! Love, Love, LOVE!
After 10-ish years of actively searching for the perfect products to tame my thick, wavy (which I straighten regularly), frizz-prone hair I found this. I use both the Ultra Hydrating Shampoo and the Ultra Hydrating Balm and my hair has never been softer. It has a nice, clean smell (not a big fan of products with strong smells) and makes my hair feel and look its best. I also like to use the balm as a deep conditoner once a week (2-3 times in the summer when I'm in and out of the pool) and leave it on for 15-30 minutes instead of only a few. Great product

Works great, smells great!
I use this once a week in my hair and it seems to fix all the damage I do to it during the week by blow drying it, straightening it, waving it, curling it. I put my hair through the wringer.
