Garnier Nutrisse Nourishing Multi-Lights Reviews

Don't Fall for the Hype
If you are coloring your hair because you believe it will improve the condition, you're wrong. Ammonia and/or peroxide damage the cuticle. Initially your hair will feel amazing, but that is very short-lived. I have used this brand (now replaced by their oil-infused color, I believe) to cover unwanted gray. It doesn't do a great job. I've followed directions to the letter and find myself having to color more often than desired. Fortunately, it is one of the lesser-damaging products available. — 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Not great
Came out much darker than I would have liked, and was very drippy. Very difficult to apply, and it got everywhere. Will probably not buy this brand again. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 7 of 8 people said helpful

Good but not great
I hated the applicator, I've been doing my own hair for a long time, but even with help this didn't go on so good. The color is really nice when you get it all on and (hopefully) even, but unfortunately you can't do wispy high lights only thick ones. Also I had to buy a second box because of how uneven I placed the dye. You're better off doing it manually. — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 7 of 14 people said helpful

I should know better than to try and do my own hair. It really didn't do anything bad, it just didn't do much of anything. — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 7 people said helpful

hard to use
I found this product to be very hard to use. It wouldn't stay on the brush to brush it on and it also clumped in alot of hair making it not look like it was highlighted but rather dyed. Awful! — 4 years, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 2 people said helpful

Should use it BUT don't
Garnier is a good product, however I only use about 2 times a year. Granted it is less damaging to the hair but you just don't get the coverage you get with L'oreal and others. I gave it a high score because it deserves it. — 2 weeks, 4 days agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

my kind of hair color
Garnier has really done it!! I don't normally dye my hair, mostly because it takes 2-3 botlles of dye, bc it's so long, and bc the color never comes out the way it looks on the box. But, i decided to go ahead and take the plunge. And, i chose Garnier to do the job. I bought 3 boxes, just in case (only needed 2 though). When i got finished i wasn't so sure, but, my hair was still wet... after i dried my hair, i fell in love!! The color was exactly the same as on the box!! After all, that's all i was asking for..lol.. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 6 people said helpful
