Pretty great

I bought this when I went on vacation in Greece. If you already have a tan this enhances it and gives you that extra glow, and if you're fair skinned it gives you great color and shimmer without making you look orange . Like other reviewers have said though, be careful! I think I got a little too excited to use it an put on perhaps more than I should have and ended up getting embarrassing stains o...read moren a while sun dress. If you're planning on being out in the sun too long don't put on a lot because it tends to sweat off a little. Give yourself a little time between putting it on and getting dressed. Other than that it's a wonderful product and smells amazing!

Good product, but be careful.

A friend of mine gave me a bottle of this because she had too many beauty products and was getting rid of things she never used. I love it, but have to use it carefully. Like any "bronzer", I am careful to apply it and try not to wear light clothing with it. I use it most after I have been on the beach. I know some people who use this as a tanning oil, but I say this with caution- it doe...read moresn't have SPF. It smells amazing and I especially like how it makes my skin appear shimmery without looking like I took a bath in glitter.

Ick

I've given Nars products many, many shots. This I would say is the worst of the bunch, I don't like the smell at all and it rubs off on everything. It also solidifys in cold and must be soaked in warm water to soften. I got rid of a whole bottle of this, 2 multiples, the 'o' blush (this won't let you post that word:) -all basically unused, the list goes on, yet I'm still willing to try...

it's all in how you apply it

The most important thing is that you warm it up first. You do this by warming up the bottle..turn the warm water on and submerge the bottle for a minute or two, don't add the water to the contents to dilute it. The water will break up the product. I love the way it smells and goes on. It isn't too greasy and gives just the right sheen and color and bronze. Wouldn't suggest putting it in the hair, however. But great for a night out.

Love It...

This is the most amazing smelling thing around. It makes a tan look amazing and perfect for summer. A few tips, wait until it's dry before you get dressed if you are putting it on your arms or legs as it will rub off while it's wet. Also, if it solidifies immerse the bottle in a basin of hot water and it will loosen right up again.

Perfect for going out!

Nars Body Glow looks great on the front of your shins for going out at night! Whenever I am wearing a dress or skirt I always have this on. It makes my legs sparkle and actually has a slimming effect.
