This brush has not shed since I bought it and washed it many times. It is soft on my skin. It's ergonomically long (bit too tall for my storage), and big. It's shape is useful for mineral makeup, blush, bronzers, and even conouring. This is a good brush, does the job, but it is most certainly overpriced. My mom got it as a gift, and I definitely wouldn't buy one of these for myself. I believe cheaper brushes (such as elf's brushes) do the job just as well if not better.
