This did not seem to help my son's terrible dry skin. He suffers from eczema since 3 mths old. The doctors actually urged me not to use this on his skin. This is my absolute favorite lotion for my baby girl. It keeps her skin moisturized until the next bath, and the fragrance is to die for...it's like aromatherapy but soft and yummy at the same time. The tube also lasts for a long time, and for the price I think it's a fearsome competitor to more expensive baby products that are outside of the usual.
