Average powder, but not for very dark or very fair skins

I give this powder an average rating with its pros and cons. First the pros: it is a silky texture, it goes on smoothly. The cons: the color is not translucent, it will darken foundation for pale skin and give an unnatural finish, the powder does not match very fair skin when worn alone. It does indeed give an ashy tone to dark or very dark skin. Medium fair/medium normal to dry skin tones should do well with this. it's actually not a translucent powder. it has color to it. i used P3 and bought it on sale for $5 (really CHEAP), but when i applied it it turned an to an orangey color, and it turned my face a little gray, like there was a shadow on top of me or something. it's not the best translucent powder i've tried, but it's ok i guess if you are able to find the right shade. i had higher expectations for this product. it didn't work for me, but i'll possibly give it a second chance one day if i can find a P2 shade. other than the color, the quality of the pigments are very silky, so for that i give it a 5. — 2 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

This is such a great powder. It really gives you a matte look and it lasts longer then any face powder I have used. Its not as translucent as most, it does actually offer color. The size of this is also huge, it will easily last well over a year for me.
