I just bought the new variation of this.
The compact has flesh colored concealer and pink for under eyes. Mixed Feelings on the Benefit Icon
I had heard so many glowing reports on Benefit's "Bo-ing" that I HAD to try it. It is industrial-strength, to be sure. It will stay put on an annoying blemish even without finishing powder and a sponge for help. However, I find it to be a bit too cakey and dry for under my eyes. I don't like to treat the skin harshly here at all, and I have to do so to make it disappear completely. A bit thick
I find these a bit thick and heavy for the undereye area. I thought they settled into fine wrinkles and made the texture of my skin look less smooth. Best concealer ever
It does not matter if you have dark circles under your eyes, didn't sleep enough, or just have some under eye discoloration ... this is THE go to concealer. I have been using this for years. Great for blemishes as well, when applied with a brush or sponge. One of the most amazing products. A must have. Can also be used as a primer to decrease redness, or to increase the staying power of facial cosmetics. I cannot say enough positive comments about this product. It is THE go to concealer. I thought this was my HG
I am so bummed that things didn't work out between me and this concealer. For the first 1/3 of the pot, things were wonderful; I thought I'd found THE ONE. So creamy. Such smooth, weightless, natural coverage that I forgave it for coming in only three colors. Then Boi-ing began to crease on me. Then it dried out and rubbed or flaked off. I found myself reapplying throughout the day, but it just became a cakey mess. Extra eye cream didn't solve the problem. Great stuff but needs more shades
This is a majorly heavy duty industrial concealor. It works on just about everything from dark circles to pimples and actually STAYS where you put it. No need to worry about sweating it off or it wearing off during the day. The only problem with this is that it only comes in three shades - light, medium, dark. The light isn't exaclty that light. If you are fair skinned, you will really need to blend this in well or else it's a bit visible against your skin tone. I have to use a damp sponge to really blend it well with my foundation, so it adds on extra time getting ready.
