Bar for a Shampoo?
Okay. So it's my own darn fault for buying the darn thing, but hey. I tried it. It not only did NOT clean my hair, it dried it to a Brillo pad. It's an item to bring with you on a camping trip, I suppose but not if you intend on combing out your hair afterward. if youre like my bro-in-law and shave your head, and you sometimes have a 1/4inch of hair, this is great, because it smells fab and travels well, and lasts a long time. if youre like me, with hair down to your waist, youll do what i did and give up in the shower the first time. its basically what it says it is, hair SOAP. if you have the shorties, go for it, it feels nice and smells clean, but if not.....dont waste your time! — 4 years, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Good for...
This is good for the people who like camping or being out in the wilderness. I like the way it smells but I don't like the way it leaves my hair. Since my hair is curly, it stays nasty. I don't mean not clean just lacking moisture. I would definitely need a conditioner after using this. This was one item in a trial-size pack I bought. I had to use a lot of this to get some kind of lather in my long hair. It still didn't get my hair very clean. I used my regular liquid shampoo after. Not the best of shampoo bars
I have had very short hair and quite long hair although I tend to have an oily scalp. This shampoo bar works much better with hair that is under 5 inches long or for people who only wash their scalps and condition their ends. The scent is awesome and I love how it made my hair smell afterwards. I felt like my hair was really clean, but I found that I felt like conditioning more often. The bar also lasts quite a long time. That being said, I think there are better shampoo bars for the money. time crunch
I picked this up thinking its worth a try I love burts bees. IT WAS A DISASTER! it almost made me late for work. I was lathering it up in my hands and it didn't seem like it was working so I ran the bar down my hair (bad idea) I was working it through my hair it it got tangled in a rats nest i was in a panic it wouldn't wash out, and a brush got stuck and broke in my hair. I put in conditioner it didn't do anything i was so mad i threw it in the garbage while i was conditioning.
