Eh, It's ok.
yestfl (120 reviews)Okay, so I tried this product a long time ago, but I want to say why I did not buy this again. I really like Neutrogena products, and my hair is usually dry so I am always on the lookout for new products to try on my hair. This one has a chemical smell, not very pleasant in my opinion. When I used it, this product did not do what it said it was supposed to. It made my hair feel heavy, not greasy, but oily. It did not feel softer, or healthier. Actually it did not feel like anything. It felt and looked just like I had done nothing to it. If anything it just felt heavier and a little oily. Neutrogena is a great brand but they should stick with making products for the skin, not the hair. It has good reviews here mostly, but it did not work for me. It might work on someone with finer hair and not as damaged as mine. — 2 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

not impressed
LaurelJ (152 reviews)I had high hopes for this product, but I really did not notice much difference in my dry, brittle, damaged hair after using this. Maybe my hair was just too far gone for this formula — 8 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Not for me
jenicide1 (292 reviews)I'm older (42) and used this a few years ago. My hair is color treated (I have been going gray since I was 18). This product did not help soften or manage my hair at all, no matter how much I used. — 1 year, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 4 people said helpful

Not for me
GeekyChic (217 reviews)I know this works for a lot of other people, but I was just not pleased with it. My hair felt flat and weighed down after I used it, and I didn't even put that much product in my hair. — 11 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great products!
1955Nurse (234 reviews)This works as well or better than some VERY expensive treatment masks for dry hair. In fact, ALL the products in this line work very well, and are affordable, too! — 3 years, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful

11 Best Deep Conditioners -
For This Price, You Can't Beat It
girlwomanbeautybrainsblog (232 reviews)Usually a fan of pricer Aveda products, you can't beat Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask for deep conditioning benefits. As with any deep conditioning product, I wash my hair, slather on the conditioner, and leave it on overnight. This one conditions, repairs, and leaves your hair feeling silky at a much most cost-effective price. — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 6 people said helpful

Great hair mask
MssDani (49 reviews)I love this whole line from Neutrogena! It has really transformed my hair. I must admit that when I use this stuff I do not leave it on for just 3 to 4 minutes. I usually put it in my hair and soak in the hot tub with a shower cap for at least 30 minutes. I think if you have thicker or more damaged hair you can get away with leaving it on for awhile. It did not weigh down my hair at all. After I rinsed it out my hair felt like silk. I did my usual blow dry routine and my hair was so much easier to manage. It was shiny, soft, and looked really healthy. Even my boyfriend thought that I had gone to get my hair done after he saw me. It does have a smell to it but I actually like it. The reason why I didn't give this 10 stars is because it didn't last. After my next wash my hair was back to its normal frizzy self. I'm not sure if it will improve with more uses but I will update if I see an improvement in my overall hair health. I recommend this product to anyone who needs a quick pick me up in the hair department. This stuff is great! — 1 month, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great product!
CCochran (20 reviews)I have tried nearly every deep conditioner in the drug store (I can't afford to buy from a salon right now). I have coarse, dry, very thick, and naturally curly hair that is color treated and heat damaged. I have never been able to find a product that helps my over-processed dry and brittle hair... until now. Neutrogena has really outdone themselves with the Triple Moisture deep conditioning mask! All this time I thought they could only do skin care... boy was I wrong! After shampooing and using a tiny bit of my regular conditioner, I smoothed this through my hair from approximately two inches from the root all the way down through the ends. I immediately noticed that my hair seemed to have a silkier feel to it. I left it on for the allotted five minutes while I shaved and washed my face. I used lukewarm water to rinse. My hair was holding a TON more moisture than usual, already! I towel dried my hair (as lightly as possible since my hair is typically prone to breakage), and combed through it. This is the first time in several years that I have been able to get a comb through my wet hair with no tangles! I could see a significant reduction in breakage almost instantly. I began to blow dry my hair, as usual, just running my fingers lightly through it. I try to get it about 80% dry before using a brush. I was totally shocked to see that my hair was actually already looking rather nice. I am a naturally curly girl that HATES her curls normally and always straightens my hair. My curls were actually moist and defined! I couldn't believe it!! I decided just to leave it curly, which is something I have not done in at least a year. My hair looks wonderful! It is soft and shiny! I can actually touch my curls without them crunching now! My ends no longer look dry and straw-like, but rather smooth and supple. This formula is amazing! The mask itself is very rich and creamy with a lovely smell. This is, hands down, the best investment I have ever made! Totally and completely worth the $4.86 I paid for it at the drug store! After just one use I noticed a monumental difference in the texture and overall appearance of my hair. I cannot wait to see how much better it looks after several uses! I highly recommend this product to anyone with dry, damaged, and over-processed hair! — 1 month, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
