Just okay - not moisturizing enough for my dry/damaged/highlighted hair

Their matching shampoo was as moisturizing as I expected, so I thought this conditioner would do. Unfortunately, it was not exactly "Moisture Rich" for my hair. To be sure, the second time I left it in a full 5 minutes or more to see any difference, but my hair felt still just okay. It did not give similar results that Neutrogena triple moisture deep conditioner or Joico K-Pak conditioner make my hair feel. Just like their shampoo, it comes with a huge bottle and it is very cheap.
