    Just Ok

I have a sample size of Incandescent Strobe Light from a Sephora Favorites set of highlighters. The color is a very light slightly peachy-pink on my fair skin. I had very high expectations because I love the Ambient Lighting Powder I have. This powder is okay: it definitely feels thinner than the Ambient Lighting Powder, and it isn't strong in color either, but while the Ambient Powders have a nic...read moree sheen/pigmentation to them, this one is almost too sheer and requires quite a bit of building to get a subtle highlight. The effect is pretty eventually and very brightening, but there is random silver sparkles in it. They are very faint, but definitely there when you swatch or if you build it up more and more. I just don't love it. I will keep using it because I have it and can make it work, but I wouldn't purchase a full size in any color.

    Pretty, natural highlighter

This highlighter was very pretty, the packaging was gorgeous, but ultimately it wasn't very pigmented. Would be good for someone who wants a really subtle highlight.
