Great!!!

I recently switched over to the oily skin routine after finding that the dry combination routine which is #2 wasn't harsh enough for my oily skin. This works great and my skin is definately less then it was when I was using the dry combo line. Only con is that the toner feels a bit dry on the skin but maybe it's just like that for mattifying purposes?

Soothing toner

This toner is gentle for my oily/combination skin. It does not leave any tingling or tightness to my skin after use. I feel like I might not even need a moisturizer after I use this because it leaves my skin so soft and smooth!! The scent is great and refreshing but once in a while I do get a whiff of the alcohol when I put this around my nose area. I got the six-ounce bottle and it LASTS a long t...read moreime. Instead of a cotton ball I use a cotton pad instead which does a great job to distribute evenly the toner all over my face. It does a good job controlling the oil and shine but I do still get breakouts. Overall a great toner.

Best toner I've ever tried

Okay you get a humongous bottle (if you pick the larger of the two sizes). Clinique is pretty generous with their volume sizes compared to the other department store brands. This toner gets all the gunk off my face that I missed (and you can see it on the cotton ball!) but doesn't make my face feel like it's burning with the intensity of a thousand suns like drugstore toners. It calms down the oil on my face, making it the perfect toner.

no way jose!

my skin got red, burned, and became hyper sensitive after using this. and the lotion made me break out. do not use if you have sensitive skin.

Good one!

Clinique is my savior when it comes to acne, I can mix and match treatments so I dont overdry and I can zap spots. This smells great, feels great and minimizes pores (hallelujah!!)

If you have oily skin this is a must!!!

My whole life pretty much I had terrible oily and acne prone skin. Everything for oily skin felt so over drying. I LOVE the whole 3 step system it literally saved my skin.

Don't See the Point

I've never really understood the point of toners. They may add some value, but I just don't think they are necessary. I've used this toner before, but didn't really see or feel any results. I just don't find the toner step really important in skin care. I always wash and moisturize (cream and serum), but toner is a step I just don't think is needed.

A good standby

I use this toner most of the time, and I like it. I feel like it gets my face cleaner than some of the others. I have combination skin, so some of the areas on my face get dry when I use this, but other than that, It's a great toner, and you get a lot for your money
