Perfect for Tightlining!
This is my absolute favorite eye khol! I received it in an ipsy bag about 3-4 days ago and have used it every day since. It's extremely waterproof (I've cried in it) and super black. It's also super creamy and is "no tug" for sure. My only issue with this product is that it does transfer onto the waterline when applied to the tightline, but i have yet to find a eyeliner pencil that doesn't.
