    Nope, Just Nope.

The colors are so lovely, but the quality is just awful. They go on too sheer and when you try to build.... Ugh. They just kind of drag and ball up so you end up removing the first layer! If you try to do a thicker layer it just slides around and sticks to your finger or brush instead of lid. If you do manage to get them on,the shadows are constantly creasing and migrating and just never really se...read moret. So disappointing because as I said the colors are gorgeous. I bought a quad that had white, lime, cornflower blue, and midnight blue. They ended up being such a pretty combination that I was inspired to search out the closest dupes I could find from other sources.

    Not impressed.

I've used Revlon Illuminance Creme Shadows before (a long time ago--like 2008). Honestly it was so long ago that I don't even remember if I liked them or not. When I saw this quad sitting on the shelf, I decided to get it because the price was right && the colors were really pretty. Their pigment is OK, but the staying power isn't great, and if you wear them alone they tend to crease. I tried to a...read morepply them a couple different ways but got the same result each time. They are easier to use if applied with your finger instead of a brush. Now I just use them as an eyeshadow base. Luckily I purchased "Skinlights" which is a quad of basic neutral nude colors, so they work perfect as a base/primer. They last longer underneath other shadows, and they don't crease if you put a powder shadow over them. I'll finish using the quad that I purchased, but it will be used strictly as an eye shadow base, and I will NOT be repurchasing when I run out. Sarah hustlababy09.blogspot.com

    BEST Cream Shadow

I'm not exaggerating when I say that this really is the best cream shadow out there. I've gone through five sets, already. Cream shadow can be tricky to apply, because it can end up creasing and appear uneven. However, if you apply with a good quality eyeshadow brush, creasing and unevenness will not occur. Do not apply with your finger, or you'll be disappointed with the results. Also, as you get...read more older, cream shadow is not a good option, as the cream can settle in fine lines and wrinkles. In this case, an eyeshadow primer can help minimize any problems. I really like Nude Lights, which is a collection of four nudes. The darkest is not too dark for my fair to light skin, and the lightest shade is best used as a highlighter. I hope Revlon never stops making this product and especially Nude Lights. I don't know why some people have rated it so poorly. I can only assume that they're applying the shadow with their fingers, which like I said, will not provide the best results. Every time I go to Wal-mart, Target, or Ulta, this items never full stocked, and my shade preference is usually missing. Try this, you won't regret it, and you'll probably forgo powder eyeshadow for life!
