Okay When It's Free
I received this from Sephora for my birthday. It was a smaller version than the normal size. Interestingly, I loved the small version, and it really moisturized. So, I bought the full sized one, and it did not perform as well as the smaller one! I think this is really weird. Then, I decided to try Burt's Bees. 100% more efficient. Sugar is VERY expensive, and I now believe not worth the money. — 1 month, 4 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 5 people said helpful

WOW,
Love this product. At 50+ I find that 'less is more' when applying makeup. This lip balm is such a sweet, sheer, youthful shade that is extremely hydrating. The only downside is that it lacks staying power due to its less waxy consistency...A tolerable trade off in my opinion. — 2 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

FRESH, Dewy, Beautiful Lips with This Balm
I moisturize my lips all year long, but the oft-brutal Pennsylvania winters leave them extremely dry, no matter how hard I work to protect and shield them. I've tried nearly every type of lip balm imaginable, but as soon as it wears off, my lips return to being parched, chapped, and hardly a canvas for color of any sort. I find myself needing to use a lip-exfoliating product just so that lipstick applies evenly. What to do? Enter Fresh's "Sugar Petal Tinted Lip Treatment." The color? It looks like you just bit your lips--that's how natural and flattering the flush is! Get ready for a surprise: The sugar included in this wondrous product is a humectant itself, preventing moisture loss! Although I enjoy Chapstick greatly, some people don't like the waxy feel. Blistex is another happy alternative for me, but many women grumble that it is too medicinal. You won't have these complaints with Fresh's balm. It is replete with a multitude of oils to soften, smooth, and heal. The main ingredient is gentle beeswax, followed by oils from castor seed, jojoba, olive, grape seed, black currant, and sunflower. There is carnauba wax, present in the majority of lipsticks available and in a plethora of other cosmetics. Most often, I layer the balm over my FAVORITE, GO-TO lipstick (Color-Changing Lipstick by Tangee, available at The Vermont Country Store for a mere $14.95), which works itself more powerfully than any other lipstick to keep my pout pliable, even in the most bitter temperatures. In better weather conditions, I use Fresh alone. It is available for about $22.00 at Sephora in a variety of shades, from pink, peach, plum, bronze, and raspberry to a true crimson red (handy for when you're feeling like a flirty little vixen). Lips not only feel dewy, but they appear more plump. The price may seem a bit high, but when I add up all that I have spent on other brands, I can more than justify its use! — 2 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

i liked this lip balm. my only problem is that the slight lemon scent smells awful after an hour or so. i slept with this on overnight and when i got up, the first thing i did was try to get the smell of old lemons off my lips. otherwhise, good. — 3 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

My fave lip balm
I got a mini version sample of this from Sephora as my birthday gift. It has a light lemon scent it feels good on my lips. I like the subtle hint of color it adds too. — 3 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 3 people said helpful
