Still good but not the best....

I wanted a good glittery lip gloss that I can layer on top of my lipsticks or use alone sometimes. This is pretty good for that purpose. I like how it's glittery (not shimmery) but the chunks of glitter aren't too chunky to the point where I can feel them on my lips. It's super slick and not sticky at all. LOVE

This is a perfect lipgloss for those of you who do not want to spend fortune to look jazzy. Layer this over your favorite lipstick and your lips will "pop". It is very cream, easy to use, and not messy at all. A little goes a long way over lipstick or add a few strokes of the applicator for an intense look. There are many colors to choose from. I love the way I can pair this with my pricer lipsticks and still have that "star dazzled" look.

Average / Not Vegan...

First I have to say I'm not a huge fan of lipgloss, so take this review with a grain of salt. Lipgloss tends to remind me of middle school even if it doesn't look juvenile. So instead I used my finger to spread it and rubbed my lips together to get a more even application. On my lips, the shade is more gold than pink. It is much too gold in my opinion, and it has a very sort of disco sheen to it. Not my cup of tea. As it dries, the shimmer becomes a little gritty, but it doesn't dry out my lips. It's actually a little oily. I have a zit a little way below my lower lip (lucky me), and it started hurting after I wore this gloss for a while. Also, the shimmer has started to wear off. I've only been wearing it for about an hour or so, and I've already managed to get it on the rim of my water glass and my dog's forehead when I gave her a kiss. This has very little staying power. The middle of my lips are already bare. If I liked this more, I would have definitely had to reapply already. But I'm not going to. Don't get me wrong, this stuff isn't terrible. It's fairly gentle on my lips and not drying. If you want a more glam look for night, this could be very pretty. I'm not sure it's a daytime gloss. And definitely don't kiss anybody if you don't want them to sparkle! Another note: this isn't vegan. It contains carmine, which is made from cochineal insects. On your lips. Yum yum. Not. Love it

I really love this gloss. It goes on evenly & goes with just about everything. Love the little flecks of gold.

Too glittery!

Unless you are a teenager, this stuff is too glittery. The glitter smears all over your face. Your hair sticks to lips. It disappears in a few minutes of lick your lips. It highlights dry lips.

I enjoyed it.

A small amount goes a long way otherwise it's a little to shiny for me. The color I received was perfect for my skin tone. The product stayed on for quit some time!

Not my style

Has a good strong pigment that seems to last, but glittery lip gloss is not my style or age appropriate for me. Would do much better if catered to the teenage population.

Beat Goes On

Wow! This lip gloss has tons of glitter, so shiny, it made me feel like a little girl haha I am not a huge fan of lip glosses on the first place but this one is especially too much for me, especially to wear daily. It is a bit sticky, a bit more than some other lip glosses I have tried, so this wouldn't be my go-to lip gloss. I think it stays on well, especially the glitter, when I tried it on my hand, it was very difficult to get it off. Also NYX is cruelty-free which is the first thing I look at when buying products but this lip gloss contains a coloring agent carmine which is a substance of animal origin, can cause allergies so I personally wouldn't risk that either. (Note: this product was sent to me for a review)

Great choice for an affordable lip gloss.

While I do like this lip gloss, it does have a bit much sparkle for a day at the office. I really enjoy this brand's lip products, and I will probably use this for a night out to top off a lipstick. I can't see it for everyday wear though.

Highly pigmented, but too much glitter

I have the gold-toned pink gloss. It is a lovely color in the tube, but on the lips it's a little too gold for my personally. It seemed like there was too much glitter and I wasn't a huge fan of that. Consistency wise, it wasn't bad, because it seems to be smooth and nothing too sticky. I've heard great things about NYX and would definitely try other products of theirs, or even this gloss in a mat...read morete/no glitter color. Using a little bit of this over a lipstick could be good, but I wouldn't use this on it's own.
