I Wouldn't Buy
I got a small bottle of this free with a Sephora order. I love that it is unscented because my skin can be very sensitive to artificial fragrance. The texture is light and easily spreads over my skin but the moisture does not last. I keep this on my desk at work so I have mainly been using this on my hands. It sinks in nicely, but after a short time, my hands feel dry again. This is better than using nothing, but just not very nourishing at all. Kudos for being fragrance and paraben free, but it isn't enough. A 7 ounce bottle of this costs about $30. That is just entirely too much money for a very basic product. Lemon & Sage
I love how thick this butter is! I like to slather some on my feet before bed and wake up to creamy smooth skin! The scent of Lemon & Sage is nice and fresh but not overpowering. I really like that it is in a squeeze tube because I can easy close it up even when my hands are all slippery. My hubby adores the scent of this one even more than I do. Like buttah'
I love this cream for winter use. There is nary a dry spot in sight. It is so thick and rich that it is almost like butter. It absorbs well and pretty quickly for me (skin is wicked dry due to thyroid meds). I like to sit mine in a bowl or sink of hot water for a few minutes. I stick it in a plastic bag and squeeze all the air out, then I let it float for about five minutes. It warms it up without making the lotion runny, and does it ever feel good on chilly nights! Good but not great
This is a heavier lotion, but the moisturizing isn't thrilling. I would say to save your money here and go for 100% shea butter - it's heavier and a bit greasy, but unfortunately, thats what you have to endure if you want the ultimate in softening your skin. I got this from Sephora as my Beauty Insider Birthday gift. I was very impressed at how smooth my skin ended up feeling.
